This arrived within 2 days of ordering and comes nicely packaged. It's a fun bottle and is wrapped in plastic to make sure it doesn't leak during shipping, I was very excited to try this hydrating shampoo because I color my hair every 5 weeks and it is fairly dry. First thing I do is smell a new product. This has a nice, subtle clean scent. It is a very subtle scent, which I prefer over strong, perfumed scents. This also tells me it's indeed a natural hair care product. I caution you to slowly pour this into your hand when applying. This has a watery consistency so my first use I poured a liitle to much out. This has a thinner consistency than I'm used to. This does not suds up a lot. This also tells me this is a quality, good natural hair care product. The shampoos that suds up a lot have too many soapy ingredients not the coconut, aloe you find in a natural product. I also suffer from dandruff. I apply this through my hair, then run a scalp brush through my hair to make sure my scalp is coated with this nourishing product. I then leave it in while I continue my shower. When I rinsed this out, my hair was so incredibly clean. I love this shampoo. The subtle scent, the consistency, a little goes a long way, and I didn't even need a conditioner. This is a nice quantity for the price. I highly recommend this product.

This shampoo is unlike other sulfate free shampoos. The bottle is standard size and the price point for me is excellent! I wash my hair every other day to keep it healthy and soft. However since its color treated and it is summer now, it requires a little bit more attention. This shampoo lathers up and washes out effectively. Ive had issues before with shampoos that make me feel like it doesn't fully wash out.My hair is chest length, straight and thin. When it is color treated it dries out for a bit. My hair now has blonde and caramel color in it. This shampoo keeps that color in my hair but that crunch of dryness out!!When I opened the shampoo, I could tell that it didn't have much of a filler to make it creamy or thick. The thickening agents typically used as a conditioning agent are bothersome to me. In this shampoo, the Guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride is similar, but unlike the thickeners it won't dry the hair out at the end of the day. My hair was fine at the end of the day, even without a separate conditioner!The only ingredient I MAY, and that is a large may, be concerned about, is the Polyaminopropyl Biguanide simply because it is synthetic. It truly doesn't seem to pose a large risk and I had zero irritation for the shampoo in its entirety. The viscosity of the shampoo is perfect and exactly what I expected; it is runny yet still foams a bit. This is typical for a sulfate free shampoo in my experience. My hair was clean, moisturized and soft until the end of the day. I look forward to stocking up on this again. I think I've found a good one!

This shampoo is incredible. It is the first natural shampoo for color treated hair that leaves hair soft, fluffy, smooth without drying it out or weighing it down. It is just right. I love the light fresh fragrance. It does not overwhelm. I have super fine, dry hair on the ends and oily at the roots. This is shampoo you could use every day if you wanted to. I also LOVE the packaging, and I am a product designer. It makes me happy just to look at. Silly maybe, but how something looks in in a room really matters to me. I am hoping they carry a conditioner too. I would like to try that next. I am on my second bottle of the shampoo and now consider this my go-to shampoo.

I love this shampoo! And I don’t have to use any more than I did for chemical shampoos even though I have long thick hair. I only have to use conditioner when I color my hair about every 6 weeks or so. The thing is in the beginning as your stripping your hair of all the chemicals and products that are stuck to your hair it’s going to be tough to untangle. Give it some time, be patient. It was maybe a week to two weeks after I started I noticed my comb went through my hair with very little to no tangles. And I always get compliments on how pretty and shiny my hair is. And I no longer have to keep three or four bottles of shampoo/conditioner in my shower to avoid build up. One bottle, no tangles, shiny healthy hair for a very reasonable price. I’m a very happy customer.

Before I used this product there wasn't any product that couldstop my hair from becoming oily and/or stop my scalp from becoming dry for at least 8 hrs.The ingredients were different from when I first started using it, at least that's what it feels like. When I first started using it my scalp was no longer dry or oily even after skipping a day or two of washing it. My hair now gets oily and my scalp gets dry if I skip 1 day, but it's still better than what I was experiencing before this product. This is the best shampoo I've never tried. I'd commend this product to family, friends, and strangers. It might seem expensive, but you don't have to condition your hair if you use this product, esp if you brush your hair first.

I used to love this shampoo & bought a few bottles in a row. Last time I ordered it, when it arrived the bottle was completely swollen up, there was gas in it & smelled horrible. There was no expiration date on the bottle. I returned it & ordered a new one hoping it was a one time thing. Next bottle arrived exactly the same way. I emailed the company asking for the reason & expiration date. I never got a response back. This was a few weeks ago. I’ll never order again.

I really love this shampoo. My hair is clean but not stripped so it doesn't get too oily fast to over compensate the lack of natural oil in my hair and my bleached hair loves it because it doesn't wash away my toner and turn my hair yellow in comparison to other shampoo. The reason I took a star off is because it is pricy for the size. However, I love this shampoo so I'll stick to it!
