I've been slouching for most of my life and this product when worn on occasion really helps adjust my posture and give me support while I'm wearing it and for the rest of the day not having it on.I'm currently 6'4" and weigh 275lbs and so it fits (just make thr proper adjustments). I occasionally have issues with moving around with my uper body or bending over but these are definitely great to wear if you're doing light house work, sitting down doing a task or taking a brisk walk.

this brace forces me to sit straight. I have developed a terrible slouch especially when sitting at the computer & also driving long trips. The brace makes it uncomfortable to slouch & my posture is improving rapidly. it's a huge help especially at this price! My back & shoulders already feel better after just a week of using it. It's not magic--slouching with it on is uncomfortable so I'm developing better habits. I highly recommend it!

Not sure if this works. I ordered one and it was too big. I ordered the small one and it was way to small and not made correctly. One side was 2 inches shorter than the other to where you couldn't even put it on. The large was way to large and when you cinched up the shoulders the fabric bunched up in the arm pit and the buckle was in the arm pit as well making it painful to my armpit area. If they made a medium or inbetween size it would certainly help. Since I couldn't wear either size I am not sure if this product would help or not. I loved the fabric it was made out of.

UPDATE: After seeing my review, the company reached out to me a gave a refund without me even asking!!! That is what wonderful customer service is y’all!! Changing my stars to reflect this, since they are a company so willing to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their products.Doesn't fit properly, even being able to adjust it. I went by the measurements guide so not sure what the problem is. Even if it did fit, I wouldn't wear it, or at least not long because of how it is under the arms, so uncomfortable!!

I use this everyday for three hours and already I notice less tension in my lower back, my shoulder blades, upper shoulders and neck. Its providing great support. The only thing I wish is that it came in 3 sizes. Im a 42 chest and so that's too big for the Regular and its on the small end of the Large so theres a lot of bunching in the armpits. But it does what I ask and is made with quality, so it's doing well for me.

It works, but It hurts... on the arm pit area. I'm pretty sure i got the right size too.Also I gotta turn it into a habit putting these things on. Other than hurting my arm pit its pretty goodmakes you constantly straighten your posture.

I bought this item to encourage myself to improve my posture. It's the perfect item to do so. It fits comfortably and goes on and off easily. Good quality.

Great product! I have been wearing this during the evenings to help with my posture, and after just a few days I have noticed a big difference. I am a full woman with a slim frame, so this brace has been great for giving my back muscles a 'reboot'. Will be recommending to my mom, as well.

My wife has severe myofascial pain syndrome; maintaining proper posture sends her muscles into painful spasms. Maintaining improper posture was also causing her muscle pain as well as damaging her cervical spine. With this product she can maintain proper posture for short periods without putting stress on those muscles, which prevents those muscles from spasming, and reduces her overall muscle and neck pain. The reduction in muscle tension is also reducing her migraines.This product has received her specialist's approval.The padding under the arms does get bunched up and chafes her armpits, which is why this product is getting four stars instead of five. A strategically placed stitch causes the strap to bunch up (when loosened) instead of the padding; I don't know why it wasn't designed like this.Overall, highly recommend this product.

The product is well made. Soft and easy to put on. Instructions are very simple. My only problem is the bunching under the arms as I am active and the padding moves up and down the straps .When sitting playing games, reading, eating, it's great but i feel it isn't something to wear to work if your jobs very active.It has helped with my back pain when I use it at home for posture correction. Easy to care for.My spouce adores it. Measurements and fit are good. Overall amazing product. Great bang for your buck!

my shoulders are 15inches and half 150 pounds this is the best posture corrector i have ever boutht the straps are wide and ajustable i do a lot of sewing holds my back strait betert than what i had from the pharmacie the large strapss goes way to the back and the crosing in the back is the plus compare to others defenitly the one that does what it is supose to do i recommend this to anyone who has a problem with holding a strait back thanks amazon i knew i was doing the right choice giving you the the advantage of bying from you been a woman my shoulders are 15inches and a half a large was my choice and is perfect

Excellent product and superiort customer service. Helps with slouching and relieves my neck and back pain. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to retrain those back muscles. pinches more at the armpit, compared to other similar product i bought at the same time. thought this one would have more support than is provided.

Comfortable and easy to use. It helps correct my posture and with support for my shoulder pain.

Looks confusing to wear it initially and I can't say if it does the job or not, because I felt the same after wearing it all day. Maybe it's a psychological thing.

I bought one size too big but it still does a decent job bracing my shoulders backward.

This company is amazing. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size and they issued me a refund within minutes of getting my email saying I need to order the larger size. Although the regular size was tight for me because I am a big guy, it did function well and kept my back straight without putting strain on it.

don't know if it really helps, in long terms. but it's more comfortable than the similar corrector i have

great back brace, very comfortable even after wearing it for a couple hours.

it serves it purpose, but cant be worn out as it is not totally hidden under most clothes. Apart from that. keeps my spine straight and my back pain already reduced after just few days of use

Did what it was suppose to. Would be better with a strap across chest to stop from it sliding off shoulders

Quick delivery. Nice quality product. Fit is ok but when you tighten the shoulders it gathers a bit under the arms.

i’ve been using this only for about a week now but i love it!i wish i sized down a little because it was bigger than i thought it was for me!
