Delicious & effective - POTS B1 deficiency
For those who have dysautonomia, especially pots... Many of us are be one deficient. I love these dissolvable chews and lozenges are usually the most effective way to get some b vitamins into the system. The only complaint that I have which is not a complaint at all is that they taste like candy and it's hard to only take one.

SO FAR SO GOOD!
This B1 is the best out there! I have tried MANY B1 supplements that were disgusting. This one melts easily and has a pleasant chocolate taste. I am beyond ecstatic to be able to take my supplement on a daily basis. I have struggled for the last 2 years to take this vitamin which would result in a Thiamine fusion 3 to 4 times a year. I will up my rating as soon as I get my test results back regarding my blood work.THANK YOU

better than expected
My daughters B1 labs were very, very low. But, she absolutely sucks at swallowing pills. As in, she won't. So, I had to find another option. These did the job! Her B1 is almost normal! Yea!!
