I can’t get the orange collar to work. The lights blink. I’ve followed all the step for two dogs. Any suggestions?

How to pair the Dogtra ARC Receiver Collars to the Remote Transmitter: 1. Turn the remote transmitter on by pressing the on/off button and set the Rheostat Dial to 0. 2. With the receiver collar turned off, place the red dot on the back of the transmitter to the red dot on the receiver. Hold the two red dots together for about 5 seconds until the green LED blinks rapidly on the receiver. 3. While the green LED is rapidly blinking on the receiver, separate the two devices and press the two orange buttons (front and side) for the orange collar or the two black buttons for the black collar simultaneously on the transmitter. The LED light on the receiver will blink every 4 seconds when pairing is complete.

Where can I get replacement batteries for this particular set ?

I thought mine had to be changed, so I did an internet search based on the exact type I had. Make sure your battery isn’t rechargeable. If so, you use the same cord as the collar.

The description of the collar says shock and vibration but it only seems to vibrate. Is it just a vibrate? Also the orange collar doesn't work?
