A must read for anyone into fitness with a passion!
I must say, 'Super Fast Metabolism Diet' is a good and positive way of looking at weight loss, especially in the long run. Most of us concentrate on 'dieting to lose fat' and forget how important it is to have a healthy and fast metabolism to burn your calories regularly.Many of us concentrate on 'diet and exercise' whereas what we should be doing for a long term, healthy fitness regime is 'eat and train'That is precisely why, we should follow the right diet that would boost our metabolism on a day to day basis. Ballinger brings into light lots of significant facts which are hard to ignore. I was surprised to learn the difference between 'soy protein' and 'whey protein'. And I am glad I made the switch,thanks to the book!Anyone interested at all in long term fitness would find it interesting and useful to read this book!

Not worth it
I do not recommend this book. It was not at all helpful, nor informative. It was a waste ofmoney

A wealth of great advices.
This program works. I am now in 2nd week of following the advices and I have already lost 5 pounds. I expect to lose about 15 pounds within one month. It is difficult to follow all the information given in this book. But losing weight is always a difficult process and this book directs you in the right direction what to do, so that your effort doesn’t go in vain. Only exercise can’t help you lose weight, this is what I have felt after one year of continuous workout. This book tells, you can even lose weight eating a lot but selected foods, so no more hunger strikes. I recommend this book to all who wants to shed the extra fats in a healthy way.

Detailed Information About Metabolism - Awesome.
There are many factors to consider when burning fat. This book is a comprehensive guide and an easy read. You'll learn about the foods, the workouts, supplements and recipes that affect metabolism.I like the idea of eating an apple as a morning snack and will be taking up this idea for my lifestyle.
