KEX 3/8" Plug/Patch Combi-Unit with Pilot Wire (25/Box)

I had a trailer tire on my hay trailer that kept breaking loose from the rim when it would go flat. I plugged it twice with regular plugs, but they would not hold. I even let them set overnight before adding air. The plug would still blow out and the tire would go flat. I figure this was due to the high pressure in the tire (90 lbs.) Ordered these patch/plugs and inserted one and it held air for the rest of my hay hauling. It is not as convenient as a normal plug, but it is much more convenient than losing a tire.
