I have been using the LuvLap Adore Electric Breast Pump, and overall, it is a very helpful machine once you get used to it—especially for working mothers or regular expression. However, I faced a few major challenges that I want to highlight. First, the silicone parts like valves, diaphragms, and massage cushions wear out and need replacement almost every month. Unfortunately, finding these spare parts readily available is quite difficult, and the delivery delay causes a lot of stress. Second, the main motor unit stopped working after just 3 months. To be fair, customer service and the courier process were quite efficient, and they replaced it within 3 days. But as a breastfeeding mother, a baby cannot wait for even a day or two without milk expression, forcing me to purchase a second/new machine in the meantime as a backup. The pump performance is good when it works, but LuvLap really needs to make spare parts easily accessible in the market and online so customers don't have to face such downtime.

Product is working well. Helpful for those unable to get milk letdown through manual pump. Live demonstration also available for this this product, which is very helpful. But drawback recharge mode is only for 30min.

Using this since 2 months The product was initially good but later the pressure is reduced and it is not giving the desired performance Customer service says that all the silicon items in the product needs to be changed. There are 3 silicon parts but only 2 additional silicon parts delivered with product. This is quite surprising. For 3 part i.e main flange is to be ordered separately calling customer care which is always busy and line doesn’t get connected Product battery life is poor- discharges in one use Demo given by Soumili was perfect. She has guided very well for any type of query. I am giving 3 star mainly for Soumili Please search for a better product
