So I noticed a shimmy in the front end at highway speeds and I kept talking to the dealer techs and other shops to have them figure it out. Of course, there was nothing wrong! Until I was asking someone about aftermarket rims for my '07 VW golf hatchback, and I said something about a front-end shimmy at highway speeds, he said well did you put in Centric Rings into your aftermarket rims? Of course, I didn't! Because who knew that there was a gap slight gap at the end of the wheel cap of the axle on VWs? Unless you are in the weeds of your car. So they work great! The price is great for the value and super easy to install. After installing these the shimmy was gone. Happy customer!

I was worried about ordering this product because some people had complained of the adapter being too loose around the car's wheel hub. As you can see in my video, there was a negligible amount of play when placed around the hub. I recommend using some copper-based anti-seize on the hub. That should eliminate the tiny bit of wiggle. I bought the 57.1mm to 66.6 mm adapter size. If you plan on buying this size, be aware that Audi/VW rims are either 57.1 or 66.56mm. That's why I included the pictures. The adapter may not sit flush on the rim on its own. Don't worry, just take a rubber mallet and whack it into place. This caused no issue for me, and it solves the issue of people complaining about the adapter being too lose. This adapter is made of soft aluminum, it appears. It wont damage your rim if you jam it in there. I test drove my car at highways speeds. Zero vibrations noticed. I definitely recommend this product. It's a great value, and should last longer than those cheap plastic adapters.

They’re made for 66.6mm hubs however a rubber mallet and about 2 hits will get it flush into a 66.5mm bore! Fixed all the vibration issues and the machine work on them is pretty spot on. Highly recommend especially for the price!

Bought these to bridge the gap on my 2016 Audi S3. Downsized the wheels for stock 19's to a set of 17" wheels that came off a 2009 Audi A4. These rings were technically too large, by about 2/10 of a mm, but with a little rubber mallet action, they slid in easily. Fantastic fit with no more wheel vibrations at higher speeds. And the cost? Insanely good. Discount Tire wanted to charge me $10 per ring ($40 total) - and they had to be special ordered. Highly recommend this product.

These worked great. I set them into the Audi A5 wheels, and placed them on my A6 of an earlier era. They worked perfect. The machining quality was more than sufficient, and were good quality. They are aluminum, they work, and I'm happy I purchased them. I would buy these again. I had no vibration using these, and I feel they will last for a long time.

Having read the reviews, I knew these might not be a perfectly snug fit, so here are the steps I took to make them work great: - clean wheel hub hole and hub surfaces, - check if ring fits snugly over hub and into wheel, - put ant-sieze on hubcentric ring, - tap ring into wheel, - if even a little loose on hub wrap one layer of electrical tape, do not overlap, around hub so tape sticks out over front edge of hub, then bend edge of tape over end of hub so wheel will slide over and not catch an edge, - put wheel in position to slide onto hub, a wheel stud top center helps here, - slowly tighten each lug one turn in a star pattern till all torqued down properly - go driving This worked for me and it drives perfectly smooth at all speeds on the highway. Note, that these rings are not actually designed for load bearing, rather just to get the wheel mounted on dead center.
