Took some time to really use these, put them through some workouts...The levels of resistance meets my needs and also my teenage son who also uses them. These are use for home workouts, so barefoot all the time and they're slippery nor greatly grippy. Very versatile for the workouts, fit nice and snug to my feet, ankles, knees, hands...not bad. Good quality from the amount of time I've had them and used them. Longevity remains to be seen but for now I am pleased.

These are great. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they can roll up and that hurts when you’re trying to stretch. It like digs in a bit. But I’m guessing if you’re not thick in the thighs, it may be ok for you. The size of are exactly the size that I use in PT. They work sufficiently. They are pretty durable.

Great bands and very durable. I bought them and was skeptical about them because I have never used bands before. After 3 months, great bands and good strength. I did receive an email from the company when I first got them. Very Good!

I got these as a Christmas gift and they are really cute and easy to use. I love that they come in different colors that are marked with the level of tension each are made for. They easily wrap around my legs without sliding down or needing to be readjusted. I have been using them since Christmas and they are great and durable for being used often. The bands come with a small bag that allows you to put the away or take them with you to the gym or to another location.

Love these. High quality and I now sit down and use them for strength training every night during my evening tv time! Such a better use of my time than loafing on a couch! Great bands. Highly recommend!

Soft elastic material, but very thin and rolls up when using. Especially when used on your thighs as shown in the picture.
