For the artist in me, I love and appreciate the stunning artwork. For the soul searcher in me, I love the personal meditations, exercises, and practices spread throughout the book. For the nature lover in me, I love all the facts about flowers and their physical and spiritual properties in one reference place.I was first introduced to flower essences and their healing properties over a decade ago - but really didn't know anything about the individual energetic properties of each flower or how the elixirs are made. I have however personally experienced their gentle healing powers for me and those around me. This book has already allowed me to go deeper and has answered many questions for me around this practice and will continue to be an important reference for me. I first learned of Katie less than a year ago through a Hay House Summit talk that she gave, which I found to be inspiring and full of wisdom. I tried her flower essences and loved them and continue to use them daily. I believe that Katie has a very special connection and gift with flowers making her a true leader and healing visionary in the flower essence area. I definitely recommend this book if you want to slow down, savor the magic of nature, and ultimately learn more about yourself and how we are all connected together as it offers us a way to take the time to stop, look, and smell the flowers along our own personal life journey and path in the world.

I've been following along with the Flower Evolution for the last three years. I been waiting to read the book and see these beautiful pictures. I am enthralled, transformed and absolutely delighted with this book and the entire program. If your ready to be transformed, to reconnect with that loving world you once intuitively knew then read this book. These remedies have positively changed my world. They have broken down barriers and allowed me to overcome difficulties I once believed could not be altered. This is unlike any other program, ideas or concepts I've previously known or tried. The things I've learned, the beauty I see, the movement Katie has told us about has begun. It is so simple and yet so magical. You owe it to yourself to at least check this out and see what's in it for you. I'm buying more for my friends. Highly reccommend!

I've used these elixirs personally and it's hard to place in words the powerful and subtle shifts they've created. I feel more "in tune" with my truest self and move through chapters in my life with more clarity and grace. This book is a wonderful read to gain an understanding of the gifts nature has bestowed upon us, as flowers are naturally reaching out to bless our lives at all moments. You will not want to put this book down and I guarantee it will be treasured in your collection! The photography by Louie Schwartzberg is astonishing in itself. Just viewing the pictures alone will heighten your appreciation and awareness of how incredible the world outside your door is. This is the best book I have read in a long time, for anyone who feels appreciation & love for flowers & plants 🌱 this is a must read it talks about the magic of flowers and all the amazing things flowers can do to help us through flower elixirs. The book is beautiful to look at, perfect to have on display on a coffee table, I learned a lot with this book and I just got my first flower elixir today! Im really happy about this new journey and all the wonderful things flowers have to offer. This book is about flowers, magic & believing in to power of nature to heal. This is a gorgeous book! I am more of an animal person and was unsure if the flowers would call to me, however a friend strongly recommended this book, so I felt that I should give it a try. I am so glad that I did! It is truly inspiring and beautiful. My favorite part is the flower photos with the three pages of insights and reflections for each flower. I have found this book a great tool for meditation and reflection. I flip through to see what flower is catching my attention and then spend some time with Katie's questions. With an open mind and heart, this book can be a powerful healing tool. I highly recommend it, you might just be surprised.

I absolutely love this book! Photos are beautiful, information is clear, concise yet playful and joyful to read. It's just such a beautiful and insightful book to have around.

It is nothing more and nothing less but the food for the soul. Beautiful pictures and some interesting thoughts about the world of flowers. Purely gorgeous. The questions in the Ask Yourself sections are perfect for journaling.

Beautiful images. I picked out my three favorite flowers and what they are suggested to "mean" was spot on what I had set as my new year resolutions to address and get more balance in! Fascinating!
