I've used it once, so far, it was easy to set up, and it gives a noice full rep!! Easy to use at home, which is GREAT to motivate you to work out often, which will get you in shape!!! ( Also if one breaks, the others will still work. It's all interchangeable, which is dope). I'm happy. Thanks

These were affordable and feel durable. They also give you an awesome little chart with tons of workouts you can do. This would make great for a gym to guide people on workouts. That alone is worth a 5 star in my opinion. Good buy

The bands work like they are supposed to. Nice you can link up multiple bands together and the handles are good. Also, the exercise chart comes in handy.

For the price you can not beat this set of bands. I was really not expecting much but this is a great set. The poster with all different exercises are great. I have been using youtube video workouts with the bands. If you are looking for a nice well made set, this is it.

Resistance is as advertised, great durability as I'm seeing so far. I've already began my workout journey.

These bands are great! For beginner to intermediate. The table of exercises are very helpful for showing types of exercises and what part of the body they work. It's great!

Great option for working out at home! Diverse resistances can combine into 10 strengths for deep activate of muscle tissues. You can also have several different ways to use them due to moderate length.

They appear to be a very good set of resistance bands. They have metal carabiners to connect the bands to the grip handles. When I first started using them, I couldn't help but feel apprehensive about whether or not the bands would suddenly snap or if the metal pieces would come undone and fling the hard metal at my face/feet. Hopefully they won't break or snap while being used.
