This pet toy doesn't make noise, but press the top button they light flash and blink (change expressions).

Q: How did this toy change its expression?

The regular Super Wings do not change their expressions however the smaller "Super Pets", change their eye looks when you press on the top of them where you turn on their lights. Their eyes go from closed to open. I do not know about any of the orher Super Pet series.
