The media could not be loaded. A very good size ideal for any medium size birds. I got this for my 24 year young African Grey Georgie. As one of her birthday gifts I wasn't sure if she would like it though. But as my Grey loves being adventurous I’ll try it and see if she likes it or not. Georgie has always had a cardboard box to play in and to keep her mind occupied. So getting this item was the perfect choice for her. And I will be definitely purchasing another for a spare for her. I did read on all the reviews on Amazon before I purchased this and people said it folds over And is not sturdy do so I decided to get all the right things to make it safe, better than what this nest / hide away had to offer my bird. So I purchased a cheap kids square shaped play tent and I had used the plastic tube/ canes and corner supports to make a box shaped cube unit. I cut it to size so it would fit into this nest case i also added some ply wood board to the floor, some cardboard box cut up into Squares to all make the walls to the four sides. As it will protect the fabric to from being ripped apart or damaged by Georgie chewing on the fabric. And adding the cardboard squares to the Top, Bottom, Back and to one side. Leaving out the two sides the large and little windows. This has made the cube nest / hide away more secure and holds up nicely. I was going to add a small cut off an arm sleeve or a piece of Denim with velcro to keep it around the handle if needed. I didn’t want to make a stronger handle as I only sit it on top of her cage when she out when I home with her. So she can go in and out when she wants to.I have uploaded all the photos and videos to let you see how it was finished. And how Georgie went on her first day into the nest / hide away. She got to explore her new nest hide away. She wasn’t sure at first but she knew that it had cardboard plus i did mentioned that favourite word of hers Georgie where’s your box? And she was interested and watched me like a hawk. I placed it into the floor for safety until she was good to go. As I knew she be curious and she was making her way up to her new Box, nest hide away box 😁. I did put her toy ball into the box and a small toilet roll tube to keep her curious, going into the nest. No more than 3 minutes she was in there. I did try to see if she wanted to come out of there. But there was no chance of that she guards it with her life now. But I only let her have her nest box for no more than 3 hours every day. So she gets other things and so she can get out to eat and drink and that she doesn’t always relay on her new hide away nest.Every day I say to her shall we get out your box out, my parrot gets exited and paces around in her cage waiting to step on to my hand. And she knows when it’s her fun time, loves, looks forward to it all the time. This is well worth it for the price and your parrot too as stops the bird being bored too. Plus she enjoys to peeping out to see what you are up to. I just put her in the nest and stick on the alexa playing her favourite parrots music playlist that I have made for her. Of different tunes that have Whistling and other tunes that she likes. Or I let her watch the other parrots talking and birds on YouTubechannel. She also has a bowl of food and water on top of the cage for her to eat. When she’s in and out of the nest or cage. Georgie is one very happy and a very contented bird, I hope that this helps you to decide if this is the right choice for you and your parrot/ bird. Good luck and thanks! 🦜

I love the size of this. It is well made and the fabric looks and feels strong. I'm sure my parrot will love it when she gets used to it being in her cage

I like the idea of the house but it is too big for an African grey parrott. It would have been great had it been smaller. But my big cat has now claimed it as her bed.

My bird loves hiding in this and seems very happy 😊 well made and a great size.

This is far to large for a parrot. Would suit a small dog. Only gave star because I had to. Not returning because return post is £3.00. and it cost £11.99.

Good quality material, i place it on top of the cage, my parrot loves it. Bigger than i expected. Plenty of room inside. Easy to clean it.

He loved it so much he demolished it. He had so much fun redesigning it. I have bought another I will add a wooden base. It will confuse him I have removed the old one and he is upset. I noticed he would not allow anyone to touch it only me. Cannot wait for him to have the new one let’s hope he doesn’t demolish the new one

Big comfortable and cosy..only problem has no solid base so the bird was stuck in it as it just sagged .had yo make my own base for it to keep him safe and balanced .
