Great filter that lasts 4 months
It helps the flavor and it lasts approx 4 months. After using many different brands of faucet mount filters, this filter cartridge removes 2 more particles than other brands I've tried in the past. It's easy to install and I'm happy with it.

Late again
This item has an issue to deliver as scheduled. The delivery date has been delayed multiple times and having trouble to deliver as scheduled again and again. The message from the seller, "We’re very sorry your delivery is late. If you have not received your package by tomorrow, you can come back here the next day for a refund." I plan to cancel this order if the delivery date gets rescheduled again. Other than the delivery problem with this filter, the counter faucet mount came on time and was easy to install. It has improved the quality of my water but it's useless without the filter. Thank you,

filter water flow issues
Purchased new faucet kit with new filter and a replacement filter as well. was some trouble with filter not getting a steady stream . I tried replacing it with the extra filter I had bought and the same thing happening with the flow . Took the old filter kit and tried it in that and same issue. It had to be the filter and not the filter kit. I almost dug the old filter out of the garbage because I had no issues other than It ran a little slow.

Received defective filter?
I've been using this same Culligan filter for a few years now and the most recent replacement filter is worse than the old one that I had been using! The flow is slower and full of air. It's impossible to get a smooth stream of water without just a tiny trickle of water.Any suggestions of what I should do here?
