Worst hoverboard ever! Just received this hoverboard today and it doesn’t work!! My son has been waiting on this hoverboard since his other one failed him also. To receive a replacement one today and it won’t even come on is the worst!! We knew something was was wrong when the battery was dead coming out the box. We followed instructions and let it charge for 3 hours. Finally it came on but only when it’s plugged up to the charger. Soon as it’s unplugged from the charger it won’t do anything. I do not recommend this product and it smells like something is burning on the inside. DO NOT BUY!!! And it would be nice to get my warranty back I purchased with it Amazon!!!UPDATE: We reached out to Amazon and the Gyroor company through email and they were happy to assist with the problem. They asked for a video showing them what the hoverboard was doing when plugged in, when not plugged it, and color of the charger. It was very simple and they sent a new battery. They sent instructions on how to change the battery out. We were very pleased!! Thank you it’s so much. Everything is working fine now. Also the respond back was very fast.

This hoverboard is great and the customer service is awesome! It's the perfect size for our 9 year old and she loves the colors and flashing lights. There is also a Bluetooth option! Would buy this product and from this company again.

I gave this board an over all star rating of 5 because when it is used with the go kart attachment it is 20-30 min of fun. I can use it as a hoverboard, but getting off can be challenging for me and my kids. You will definitely not want to ride it without using the proper injury prevention measures. It is a zippy little thing and charges pretty quickly. I do wish the battery life was longer, then it would keep up with the rest of the EVs we have. My 8 year old son enjoys this the most and takes it everywhere. .Cons- when the battery is getting low, you may have a hard time stopping it. You have to put your feet down(with go kart attachment on)like Fred Flinstone.It has its own agenda after it silently beeps to signal for low battery. I would buy another if the battery lasted longer and it didn’t malfunction when it gets to low battery.

We have two of these boards - both worked great from the beginning: battery life, app, performance etc. One broke about a day later and broke in a "dangerous" way - the pin that holds two parts broke and it started swinging 360.Support turned out to be totally useless - they send pre-set messages to you and suggest you send the board in for repairs (my understanding they are not too eager to pay for shipping). Attempts to return it turned out to be a nightmare too - two weeks later, still dealing with the seller and Amazon.If you get this board, make sure to get extended warranty through Amazon. This way, at least, you can get your money back without jumping through hoops.

Bought this hoverboard for my 9y/o grandson. He learned to ride it in minutes. In a week he was going fast through narrow passages inside the house and went up and down a pretty steep hills around the neighborhood. The board is actually good for an adult, but perfect for both the grandson and his older sister.A couple of suggestions from the kids: a) a better access to on/off button; b) there is a front and back of the board even though you can ride it either way. It would help to indicate front a bit better.

Got this for my 5 year old and it's perfect for her. The app for changing lights and speed is amazing and easy to set up. She loves it when she can pick what color they are. The headlights are bright and help her see perfectly for those late night plays. All in all absolutely pleased with this product. My 8 year old now wants one too!

Good hoverboard, large sturdy wheels. Kids learned to use it within days by practicing at home first. They like it--so far so good. Lights and music. Plays music by connecting to a smartphone. I chose this one over other hoverboards because it has a better wheel design, less chance of leaves and other debris getting caught between the wheel and its cover.

The Hoverboard was a gift for my 12y old kid, we gave to him on July 1st. The Board works perfectly fine for 3 weeks and suddendly died. I contacted the Gyroor customer support and service was fast, effective and communication was good with their agent. After diagnostic and a few questions, they propose to replace the board and sent a brand new one. So far so good, i'll update later when i receive the replacement.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It is intuitive and easy to use. Only issue is the battery takes a long time to charge and does not last that long. Also the charging port is loose after only a couple weeks. But otherwise decent for the orice

We thought these would be awesome units, as they are advertised for offroad use, can handle up to 220 lbs, etc.We keep our yard mowed very low. Yet, our 12 year old (roughly 130 lbs) can't ride it at all offroad. Really puts a damper on things, as she was waiting/excited to get one.Tried the app as well, which needs to harvest your location/information, access to make/manage phone calls, access to camera/gallery, etc. Seems to have connectivity issues as well.Shouldn't be advertised for offroad or rated for up to 220 lbs.

Bought for my daughter’s birthday. Worked fine for a month now she won’t go on it because it stops randomly, which is very dangerous. It also is tilted when you ride it leaving you off balance when trying to manoeuvre. So tired of buying products that don’t last… a huge disappointment for my daughter. Plus as an off road hover its not very good. I have another hover board which is not off road and is way better at going outside on concrete, even if it's lightly bumpy.

It can handle adult weight, where the majority are only able to carry children.Mine was a refurbished model at a good discount, and was still new in the bag, but the owners manual was missing. I think I got all I needed to know from an on-line search.
