This is the first thyme product I’ve bought. The other one I order ended up being just for topical use only. I mix this with coconut water. The taste is really doable. Not sure if the thyme is a diluted version as I need it strongest as possible as I am using it to help my Candida over growth. I won’t be completely sure if it’s effect as I am cocktailing with other supplements.
