No. It has outputs for 2 subs but it is not 2 channel. That is why it is called a "mono" amplifier. Mono means ONE channel. Stereo means 2 channel. Then they also make 4 channel amps and 5 channel which are designed to run 4 speakers plus a subwoofer.

Yes it will,modest bass,but if you wanted a bit louder i buy 1 for each sub,i have one sub discus 12 ' half volume with 1.1500 watt mb ,sound clean tigh bass.
