Softsoap Liquid Hand Soap, Aquarium Series, 64-Ounce Refill Bottle

I am giving this 3 stars simply for the fact it is not the color, or lack of color I was wanting. I have searched locally for clear hand soap to go in my clear glass soap dispenser and was unable to find any. I ordered online hoping this would be it. Not a major deal in the whole scheme of things. However, be aware this has a strong lavender appearance if you are truly wanting a clear liquid. Otherwise, no issues with it.

During this pandemic, hand soap and sanitizers, at times, were available in limited amount or totally unavailable. By purchasing the 64 ounce refill bottle, the hand soap was easily available, at a reasonable cost, at a short notice delivery time. We already had several small pump bottles at the kitchen sink, at bathrooms, and at Nana's Assisted Living apartment, so it became a product management process to keep small pump bottles filled and rotated. Easy as pie. No longer being discouraged by no product on the grocery/pharmacy store shelves! We may never go back to buying the small pump bottles unless they malfunction.

Why was I buying the individual bottles when I could get this large bottle and refill them? Saves money and one less plastic item in the landfill.

There was three air pocket protectors in the box and soap was on everything when I opened the box. The plastic seal kept everything together thankfully, but the lid was completely destroyed which allowed for the product to leak. Not pleased with the shipping, but I do like the product.

The SoftSoap bottle was crushed and leaked all over the inside of the box. Since the box was not damaged, I can only assume that the bottle was already damaged when it was packed. It was too messy to try to return it. Very disappointed.

Bottle missing seal under cap and arrived leaking upon receipt. Was it supposed to have a seal? If it was is it safe for me to use? Please reply

the product is great, however the packing was defective. One bottle was damaged, there was a slit in the bottle and some of the soap drained out.

Nothing wrong with the soap, but I needed a clear soap to use in a glass soap dispenser in my bathroom. I thought it was clear, but it turned out to have a purple-ish tint to it what didn't look right in the dispenser or the bathroom. I will still use it in other dispensers in my house - the ones where you can't see the color of the soap.
