Ive only owned the chair for a few days now, but I want to start off by saying this chair is extremely comfortable, and I love the features it has. When I received the chair, there was a massive crack on the back where the headrest would screw in. I've tried emailing their support over the weekend, but didn't receive a response (which is fine, maybe they don't work on the weekends) so I emailed them again today (Sept 12th, 2022) in the afternoon. I'm currently waiting on a response, and will update my review based on what comes next. Edit (Sept 12th) I received an email in the evening explaining they have a holiday weekend, which is why I had a late response. Without hesitation, they sent out a new backrest and should be delivered in 5-6 business days, so I'm very thankful for that. Edit (Sept 19th) The replacement backrest came in, all in one piece! 5 stars across the board ❤As for an actual review of the chair: I sit for long durations due to work, and cannot complain about it. I have a smallish frame (5'6" at ~155lbs) and it seems to fit me just right. The recline feature is very smooth and easy to adjust. I do wish there was a better locking mechanism for reclining to allow for more steps between the angles of the recline, but ultimately its plenty fine. The headrest is great and comfortable at every position and easy to install. I gladly recommend this chair.

My advice so to you as someone who has been working from home for the past 2 years is GET THIS CHAIR ASAP! I'm just disappointed that i didn't get this sooner, this is my 3rd chair purchase and for sure the last one because I'm sticking with it. I was looking for an all mesh chair ever since i came to at home work life but all options were super expensive, Amazon had a flash sale on this chair and after watching many youtube reviews of different ones, i took the risk on order this on and I'm so glad I did! its comfortable, so sturdy and easier to assemble! it even included some cloth gloves to help you, and as a gal who does her manicure regularly its the little things I appreciate from a product I purchase.Again, i can't tell you enough how much I love this chair, I live in Houston and it gets hot in Texas, so the mesh material keeps the air circulating on my back and my bum! :) - the arm rest is so convenient too, i had read a review that they move so quick but they dont for me. Also i am 5'11 and the height of the chair is perfect when i lower it all the way down or up, which is usually a problem for me on other chairs. - I'm also glad it comes with a warranty if anything was to happen.

Chair comfort is ok. I can sit on it for long periods and feel ok. Back rest adjustment has only 4 positions and they are weird angles. Would like for the backrest to have a wider range of, or custom adjustment. Like someone else mentioned, do not wear shorts to sit on it, the mesh feels rough against the skin of my thighs. Lumbar support is fine.Would I buy this chair again? No.

I work from home and was sitting on an old, wooden chair with no cushions or support. I decided it was time to invest in an official office chair. I bought this chair a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! It was very easy to put together, looks great and is extremely comfortable. The headrest is adjustable and provides good support. The chair height and recline is also adjustable making it customizable to you. I am a pretty big guy and feel this chair is super sturdy which is a plus. Overall I give this chair a perfect score and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase.

This chair was on sale when I bought it and I loved it for the price. 7 months later, the hydraulic is going out and I constantly have to raise the chair back up. It also feels like it leans to either side. Really disappointed and would not purchase this chair again. I searched for manufacture information to contact them and can't find anything.

I went chair hunting for months... I'm a bit on the heavier side currently but this chair has been completely supportive of my back and bottom. It is an ergonomic task chair so it has you sitting with fairly good posture but once you begin slouching, the first spot you'll feel it in is your lower back due to the weight distribution on the mesh seating. With proper posture it gets an A+, slouching it feels like a C, but we won't deduct based on that because it was not designed to be sat in that way. The lumber support is adjustable and does it's job. Same with the head support but I wish it had an adjustable tilt and not just height adjustments. Arm rests are fairly adjustable in a 3D plane and there's just enough softness to the pads that it doesn't hurt and feel like hard plastic is digging into your elbows. I replaced the wheels with PU hard floor casters from Amazon as the ones they came with did not roll very well on wood. Overall, for the price of the chair, I am 100% happy with the chair and would gladly recommend it to another person.FWIW, I have a Secret Lab Titan 2020 and I've test drove the Herman Miller Embody, Haworth Fern, Steelcase Leap and Herman Miller Aeron. This chair and the Herman Miller Aeron were the only two chairs out of all 6 that did not cut off the circulation to my legs and were the most similar. The mesh seats very differently than the chairs with a foam padding on the bottom. It really contours to the body and gives it a very comfortable feel. It may take some getting used to but I can literally lounge back with the tilt, plop my legs up and just fall asleep.

6 months of use and the cylinder is leaking, allowing the chair to sink. Questionable website support only. Still trying to figure out how to get it replaced. Should be easier
