Phenomenal Customer Service
I am very happy with my purchase and experience with BEZGAR. I bought the TB201 RC toy car for my 7 year old son and unfortunately a wire broke off while trying to recharge the rechargeable battery. I intended to reach out to the company early on but time slipped by and it wasn't until almost a year later that I finally did. Stephanie at BEZGAR responded to my online message very quickly and explained how my warranty already expired but she would try to get approval to send me a replacement battery. Not only did I receive my replacement battery, but I received two of them! It looks like they resolved the issue with the wire breaking off because the replacement batteries have wires anchored down safely in the heat shrink surrounding the batteries. When I showed my son how BEZGAR took care of us, his face lit up with the hugest smile!Thank you Stephanie and the rest of the team at BEZGAR for taking care of your customers and making us happy. I work in the auto industry and I like passing my knowledge down to my kids. Your products are a lot of fun for the whole family and they make teaching and learning a pleasant experience! Broke after a couple of uses
I give it a one star rating cause it couldnt make one month of working. When it first came for my son it worked fine and was fast, around 3 weeks later it begin to drift to the side and not correct with controller use. He got so frustrated he stopped playing with it, however I didn't realize it till it was too late to complain. Be cautious with this purchase.

Initial missing part, but very helpful customer service!
Car originally arrived without a battery, but customer service has been very helpful in addressing the problem. The car is very quick, and responsive to turning, but there is a learning curve to controlling the turns because of the speed. May be hard for younger users to handle in limited size spaces, but great if you have enough room, and motivation to work on getting a hand for it.
