A nice product if you are upgrading from halogen bulbs, but there is a DRL limitation.
This product is very good if your vehicle is previously equipped with halogen bulbs. This is because:(1) the LED light uses a special connector that prevents heat from reaching your housing socket. If your housing socket is made of plastic, this product will not likely damage it. I tested this myself.(2) As you The LED light comes with a cord that also prevents heat from reaching your original electrical connector. This LED light will run very hot, as with any fanless LED lights, but the heat is restricted to itself. So, it is not a problem as long as it does not burn itself.(3) The LED light tries to mimic a halogen light. This LED light can be used in a light housing that is originally designed for a halogen light. I tried this LED light on a Camry 2017 and the light pattern looks really good. There are three problems with this product:(1) It is a little bit loose after installation. One mitigation method is to remove the mechanical socket/connect on the LED light (it is removable) and then wrap around some Kapton tapes (2-3 rounds) on the LED light and then install the socket/connect again. This will make it more stable and possibly more heat resistant.(2) The cable on the LED light is a little bit long. It might be necessary to tie it up to shorten it. This is to prevent the cable from wobbling under the hood. After all, the original halogen bulbs do not have any cable at all.(3) If your car uses the high beam bulbs as DRL bulbs, problems will arise. When high beam bulbs are used as DRL bulbs, PWM will be applied to lower the intensity of the high beam bulbs. Normally, a car uses a lower frequency for PWM. This is because a halogen bulb is normally very slow. It takes a long time to turn on and turn off. Using a low PWM frequency is perfectly fine. However, an LED bulb, in contrast, has a fast dynamic response characteristic. When a low PWM frequency is used, it will flicker, which can further cause dizziness in human beings. The seller was happy to send CAN BUS decoders to solve this problem. However, the decoder will get a high beam bulb into full brightness even if PWM is applied. This is because the decoder simply filters out the PWM waveform by using a capacitor. When enough power is supplied, the capacitor will be able to maintain a constant high voltage. The decoder does not have a secondary PWM waveform generator, and hence the full brightness is achieved. You probably don't want to use the decoder because it is illegal to use a high beam in its full brightness as a DRL. To mitigate this problem, here are some options: (3-1) disable DRLs completely; (3-2) purchase a decoder that has a secondary PWM generator; (3-3) hack into your car's ECU and change the PWM frequency. The latter two options are relatively hard to achieve. This DRL limitation is something you probably want to consider when purchasing this product.

22 can am xmr outlander 1000
Wow big difference from stock! I have alot of experience with HIDS and LEDS in different vehicles and these are great. Didn't want to spend 500$ on some halos and leds yet,so I got these for my 22 can am outlander xmr 1000. I do night rides and they are bright. Hopefully they last. They've been full of mud several times without issues. Will buy again if needed

Great product for price
This is the 4th set of beamtech lights I’ve purchased (all for different vehicles) they never disappoint. I haven’t run them at night yet, but based on the increased visibility from my other vehicles they will be great.

Best bang for your buck for LED’s
Purchased these to go in my 2017 Canam Outlander after watching a YouTube video of a guy putting it in his.Never liked the look of LED light pods, so I always try to get some nice LED’s instead for my ATV, Dirt Bikes, UTV’s, etc.Since they are going in mud, water, sand, very rough terrain, you are not able to put LED’s with fans on them, as the fans stop working and burn up the bulbs. These bulbs are fanless, and so far (about 5 hours of use), they are performing great. Best LED’s for your dollar IMO. Very cheap $60 add-on to any vehicle that uses H11, and 9005 bulbs. I will, and plan on buying again for other toys and vehicles.
