Can I listen to music while having this case on my phone

Yes, through the speakers or with Bluetooth headphones. The juice pack case will not pass the headphone audio signal from the iPhone out through its micro-USB connector, and cannot be used with an adapter.

How long does it take to charge pack?

The first charge can take up to four hours but afterwards usually around two if completely drained.

Does this case have a built in screen protector and if so can you remove it?

I just bought this. CPR told me it was compatible with iPhone 6s It doesn’t hold a charge longer than 1 hour. It says on box iPhone 8 Inside info from CPR says it’s for 7, 7plus. I’m so upset They replaced charge port Said battery was fine It turns out I had a bad brick. Not charging. They got me for $64 The Mophie Juice pack Air case for 6s is less than $20 anywhere. Not at CPR And it’s not wireless charge capable But this is Is that why it’s not holding a charge? It’s for 7,7plus and 8 Not 6s? I’m so tech challenged
