EDIT: I’m gonna amend my original review. First off, let me tell you that the customer service is AMAZING! I was sent products to test and review but these are my own personal thoughts and opinions and I was in no way compensated to give a positive review. Customer service reached out to me after reading my original review of the rose gold eye patches. They offered me a full refund for my purchase including shipping as they were sad to hear I was not pleased. I was so pleased with their level of service, that I asked them not to refund me, but to send me a replacement in the gold color as that was where I had initially read all the fabulous reviews. I said maybe it’s just the rose gold ones and I would love to give the gold ones a go. I let them know I am a brand ambassador for several companies and I’d be happy to rep their company If I found the new product to be as great as all of the reviews I read . Wellllll- the company was INCREDIBLE! First; their communication is top notch. Immediate replies and clear & concise messages and super friendly! They sent me a lovely package full of their products to test out and I am happy to report that the rose gold patches I first received seem to be the only product that they offer that are less than stellar. The gold patches are fabulous as the reviews indicated. Now, I did notice that the rose gold ones did finally settle on my face after a few minutes, so perhaps I didn’t give them enough of a chance to actually adhere well to my face. And now that some time has passed and I have tried multiple other eye patches, I can say that the rose gold ones had some nice cooling power (keep in a skincare fridge for best results), and they were at least mediocre in helping light my under eye circles and reduce the puffiness of my bags. Still no comparison to the gold ones. They also sent me The v line lifting straps were also sent to me and I only got 5, so I think it would probably require more than 5 days to really see a difference with that product In any brand, so all I can say about it is that I was did pull you jaw line nice and taut and the adhesive was nice and strong but not difficult to remove the patch when finished. Lastly I received another set of hydra gel eye patches in the white color and they too were phenomenal! My favorites by far! I’m using them currently every day and I couldn’t be more pleased. As with all hydra gel eye patches, refrigerating them makes a massive difference. These white ones (and the gold ones) hold the cold in so amazingly, that they literally feel every bit as cold after 20 minutes of wearing them as they did in the beginning when putting them on. And they definitely reduced puffiness and lightened my dark circles and overall made my eyes feel more awake, alert and open. So clearly, this company gets 5 starts for customer service and 4.75 for products (i would give 5 if I had more of the v-line straps to adequately judge the difference after like 2 weeks of wearing them maybe. And of course bc the rose gold ones were still not the greatest. But the gold and white ones they replaced the pink ones with , I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!! You can see In my last 2 photos that I am sight for sore eyes when I first wake up, but after using my hydra gel eye patches, I’m legit like a brand new woman! And my eyes are the biggest part of it!Ok so this was my first time ever buying under eye masks. I researched and read reviews and ultimately decided to go with this In the pink (rose gold). My honest opinions are this. I got my first pair out and one of them was torn. It was still usable but just not the best first impression. It says to leave them on for 15-20 minutes. The problem is they don’t stay on nearly as great as I was led to believe by the other reviews I had read: and to be completely honest, after I took them off, I didn’t have any kind of renewed feeling around my eyes. They were just like Blah.

I’m 38 and have puffy eyes each morning. They look puffy and also I can feel the swelling just when looking around. I look forward to using these patches each morning. They come on a plastic tray covered in liquid, and they feel gel-like, floppy and wet/cold like an earth worm texture (sorry that’s all I can compare the texture to!) and as you apply them, you can slide them into position and they do stay on. I’m a busy mom of 5, and don’t have time to sit and use a cold roller on my face, or use eye patches that fall off so that’s one of the reasons I wanted to try these. Because then I can go about my business and not have to sit still. I’m so glad they stay on! Once they’re on, they start feeling really cold, it’s awesome! Just the air hitting my face from walking around the house causes them to become really cold, but I like to sit under a low fan. They make me feel awake, and I leave them on for 30-60 mins. And at that time they start feeling like they’re drying out slightly and ready to come off and so cold that I’m ready to take them off. I think that the days I use these, my under eye looks better, less swollen/puffy. They feel really good and I need that so bad in the morning but I really notice a change in how the under eye looks too, or else I wouldn’t be repurchasing. They were worth a re-purchase. I also have sensitive skin. I’m using medication for eczema and perioral dermatitis on my face and it seems that my skin is highly reactive after having my last baby a few months ago, so I was concerned that using these on the delicate eye area daily might create dryness or burn my skin there. But there have been zero issues. I would like to try the other versions but I’m concerned they wont work as well? I got the “24 k golden eye mask”version that’s in the yellow box.

I noticed an immediate brightness and less puffiness the first night. I wear individual eyelashes and the ingredients do not disturb them. I'm happy I got these!

This product is very thin and rips easily

This patches are good quality, they moisture my under eye and help reduce puffiness.

These are easy to use. The first few minutes they did slide down, I had to keep Pushing them back up. But after my skin absorbed some of the moisture they stayed in place.

I was a bit weary after reading some of the reviews on here where it stings your eyes, but I decided to try it anyways.Definitely felt some sensation after applying them, which is why I do not recommend this for people with sensitive skin. However, I noticed after regular use my skin did get used to it and I don't notice the stinging sensation anymore.I love how they stay on well and how high quality they seem. My only annoyance really is getting them out of the package - they don't fit into the plastic mold that it comes it as you slide it out, a lot of the times it sticks to the actual packaging and you have to pick it out with your hands. Not a big deal, but it is a bit messy as you're taking it out of the package since they do not skimp out on the eye mask solution. Just beware of liquid dripping as you open each package.

I don’t have sensitive skin but within SECONDS of putting this on my eyes, it started to burn my skin. If you look closely at the box, they say their head office is in Florida, but the product itself is “made in PRC” aka China. There is nothing wrong with Chinese skincare as long as it comes from a certified company (I’ve used plenty in the past) but considering how I don’t have sensitive skin, I had an immediate reaction to this, cheap packaging and misleading manufacturing info. This product should not be listed on at all.

So unfortunately this product did sting my under eye, but I do have sensitive skin. It was okay and hydrating after removing but too much to sit on the under eye area, especially for the recommended 20 minutes. I will try again when my skin is not quite as sensitive. My mother on the other hand had no issues, and loved the way it made her feel. And she has very dry sensitive skin under her eye atm that this product did improve.

I've gone through most of the package and I can say that while it moisturizes your eye bags very well, it does little to reduce the actual puffiness. Maybe if I stare at myself in the mirror and think really hard, I can _imagine_ that it's reduced.

Doesn’t stay on my skin, kind of uncomfortable as they didn’t fit around my eyes properly. Slightly perfumed. Better to use if you’re not moving a lot and just laying down.Update: I recommend trying it if you’re unsure, they will make sure you’re satisfied, customer service is 10/10.
