Amino Mend Workout Recovery Drink - 5000mg BCAAs, 2085mg EAAs, 30 Servings, Strawberry Watermelon Flavor

I love the percentage of aminos. Especially for women over 50 to gain and keep muscle and also post healing. The flavor is great after trying the non flavored from now brand and didn’t want artificial sweetness or flavors. I feel like it’s working well, seeing more definition in my muscle with more stamina during workouts.

I’ve been digging and digging for naturally sweetened pre’s, BCAA mixes, and proteins. This BCAA/EAA blend has ALL of the BCAA/EAAs you’ll ever want. It’s surculose, acusulfame potassium, neotame, aspartame, and saccharin free. It has zero corn syrups. It has zero dyes. This is the GOAT, really. I’ve mixed with 16oz of water and 24oz and the same flavor is discovered so it’s pretty darn good. If you like the watermelon flavor by Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy, this is a similar taste. I just ordered the Bomb Pop flavor and CANNOT wait to try that one.

I'll preface this review by saying that this is my first time using BCAAs so in all fairness I have nothing to compare this too. I've been using this product for about one month and overall I like it. I have found that it helps decrease muscle fatigue during my workouts and helps with recovery. My only complaints are that while it tastes good I do get a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste. I also wish that it didn't contain any artificial sweeteners. I would definitely purchase again as it seems to be high quality compared to other products on the market and it has had a notable impact in my workouts.

We purchased this product because we recently started going back to the gym. We were getting sore and felt as if we couldn't go to the gym every other day. Now thankfully this product has tremendously helped us out! We can work out longer and go to the gym more frequently without all the extra soreness. Also the product has a pretty good flavor. Not too sweet like others and dissolves well. The coconut water powder I believe gives it the right amount of sweetness. We will purchase again..Update! This does work and we feel great using this product! I really believe the coconut in it keeps you hydrated. You don't feel like you need to chug your water or anything. We already received our second container :)

This product is amazing. I'm able to go hard on my workouts and wake up the next morning and do it again. All thanks to this product. And to top it the flavor is amazing, tastes just like the ice cream. So it's a treat within it self. This is a must from now on for me!

This mix really is good for the price point you’re spending, the flavor though is just not it for me. The Strawberry Watermelon is what I ordered and it tastes fine at first… but the aftertaste is that of cough medicine. Going to be trying the Bomb Pop flavor as I’ve heard that’s a lot better in the comments. Will be using this still as it is a bearable taste that can be washed away with water.

I will say it helps me hydrate by adding it to my water bottle I actually drink my whole bottle. And secondly it tastes fantastic. I've had the strawberry one which is my boyfriends favorite and I personally enjoy the mojito one myself. I swear it helps recovery, and I dont feel as sore the next day when I use it, but who knows. Way better than LIV body hydrate which has such a strong fake sweet taste that makes me sick when in working out. This one is delicious but the fake sweetness is way more subtle but still tastes great and I believe in their products. Furthermore, they have PHENOMENAL customer service.

I liked that the product is 100% natural, but i can only take a half a scoop at a time due to it being very sweet with this flavor. It does help in recovery I have noticed and in hydration, interested in trying another flavor to see if the other ones aren’t as sweet. Def recommend the product, will be buying again!
