The description and instructions to use this were spot on. It is perfect for my crucial drive. Make sure to take time to position it where you want. The adhesive is pretty strong. Also be careful taking the paper off the adhesive. It should easily come right off. I rushed and caused myself problems.

No fear of it coming off, this this is on there solidly.I purchased for a Sandisk Extreme nvme drive, and it fits nice and snug, but putting the cable in there as well makes me worry that its going to stretch a bit too much over time. Since I only put the drive in there when I'm heading to a coffee shop, I don't think i'll be seeing that over-stretch happen any time soon.Hope the next iteration has a strap or flap that could velcro close... just EXTRA safety.Also a opening on the "bottom" of it, so that we can run the cable out that way as an option. Think very carefully about what port you are going to be using, else you will have a long cable dangling about.

These are so handy attached to my Mac laptops. I put my external drives in them when I go on location for photoshoots. My on location laptop table stands are small and I either had to let the external drive hang from the cord or tape it under the laptop table. This makes it more safe and streamlined.

I’ve been keeping my external SSD (Samsung T7 Shield) for video editing within this pocket when in use and it’s been holding it great. I wasn’t sure how it would work with the rubber ridges of the T7 Shield but I’ve had zero issue.
