I got these for my doc Martin, Mary Janes, because the part that touches the back of your ankle was digging into my ankle and these really helped with that. I also used the cushion part on some heels that I had, and it really helped cushion my feet since usually the base of the heels are really thin. It also helps with slipping when you wear heels.

Stays on well. Does the job.

I bought these recently, because I purchased a new pair of heels for a special occasion, and I knew I would be on my feet for a while. These made the heels sooo comfortable that I was able to stand in them for hours with know problem. The multiple colors also made it easy to blend with the shoes

Gave it a 3 star since of LOVE the piece for the pad of the foot for some of my heels. My issue with the heel cushion piece. For me ( I also was cursed with cankles also know as thick ankles), I don’t like them since they just take up space making my shoes tight at the toes and my heel will slip out sometimes when walking. I have another style I’ve purchased that I prefer and am going back to.
