First off, whoever packaged my order never sealed the envelope so I was delivered an empty amazon bubble mailer. Customer service was super nice and very quick to respond. I was able to get one sent within the next day or two! The color plates are super cute and match the mac computers fairly well. I do wish the cord was a little longer so I could have this clamped to my desk because I had to put a sound bar under my monitor. Reguardless, works well. Adds just the right amount of ports that my mac was missing. Great price and easy to use!

Fortunate the machine needs this as a support extender but when Apple changed the port configuration, it’s a necessity. It works well it does a job.

Love this product. I love several things. They matched the color of the monitor perfectly so when you attach it, it looks like a natural part of the computer. Not an add on. Since it is attached, it clears up desk space. Additionally and very importantly, I can access my ports from the front of the computer instead of reaching around to the back to connect or disconnect something. It provides one USB-C port, three regular USB ports (one a 3.0) and a micro slot for photos and such. I have used all the ports except the micro slot and they all work wonderfully. I considered getting another for the left side of my computer but with so many ports on one unit, it wasn’t necessary. If you are a heavy computer user, you might could use two. When I did consider getting two, I did notice the cord needed be a little longer for my setup. The right side reached fine but the left would have to reach further. I highly recommend this product!

Works exactly as in the ad. Easy install. I am still not sure of speed because it still takes a while to back up 25 GIG of data.

Having these extra ports available on the "front" of my iMac is a big advantage. I love how this hub attaches easily and looks like it's part of the iMac itself. Performance is great on all ports. I highly recommend this product for your M3 iMac. You won't be sorry.

The good. Easy to install, excellent instructions. Great to have easy access to USB. Was very happy with the concept that replaced the mess of cords I'd concocted for external drive, flash drives, etc. I wasn't even crabby about the fact that the color didn't "match" my desktop, so I used a different color faceplate and I'm fine with that. I don't even mind the blue light, which I barely notice. Then came the annoying. I started getting Core 1 kernel panics on waking up my computer. After ruling out everything I could....because I'd never had a kernel panic before....I came to the conclusion that it was this item, but I wanted to check everything else first. An OFF switch would have been nice, as logically it was causing issues during boot-up. I'm still looking for a final solution, but so far, running MacCleaner every time I shut down for the day seems to work. I don't know why. One of my other USB add-ons has 4 slots, each with a power button. That would have been a nice feature on this. One last thought. This product was to make it so I wouldn't have to dig around behind my computer and have cords tangling behind it. I suppose I could "pull the plug" every day and plug it back in every day, but isn't that defeating the purpose? I'm still working on a true solution. Any suggestions?
