Arrived quickly. Package damaged, but product was fine. Easy to use camera. 7 year old grandson loves it, and he can't wait to start using it.Note: I was sent a 8GB Memory Card instead of the 16GB the description said would come with the camera.

First of all- it comes with a USB drive and a SD card so you don't have to pay extra for those. You get lanyards for the USB drive and the camera (so little hands don't drop it!) It comes with a waterproof case that I haven't tested yet but it seems like a great camera for little kids who want to snap pictures! Can't wait to test this out in the water this summer!!Additionally it comes with a bunch of frames you can put on the photo before or after you take it- which are so cute!! You can also take the camera out of the waterproof case if that's your jam!

I saw this camera for the first time a year ago when on a family trip to Florida. Some kids had it at the beach resort and were sharing it and playing fun games with it and my kids absolutely loved it so I decided to buy the same camera for my kids. I am so glad I did! This thing is a total hit! and keeps them happily busy and truly expands their photo skills but also fuels their imagination and flexes art muscle.I only now came to leave the review for it as I am so super happy with the purchase and while I was reading other reviews I wonder if some of those people even are reviewing the same camera or if they ever as much as held it in hand as most of the negative reviews misrepresent the features and functions of it entirely. So to bring things back in perspective and let you decide about this item here is from what I can tell you about it from the kids experience and my own of using it and watching what they could do wit it.WHAT IS ABSOLUTELY COOLEST ABOUT IT:- VALUE! - I can not get over the fact that this camera can do STILL PICTURES! VIDEO AND UNDERWATER PHTOGRAPHY FOR UNDER 30 DOLLARS!!!!!Let me stop here for the moment, let it sink in..This is kids' camera! It is less then 30 dollars! That would be a great price for a still pictures photo camera for kids, but this is also a VIDEO camera!!! which makes it so much cooler and if that was not enough it takes amazing underwater pictures!!! which normally requires way advanced technology to make anything work under water, let alone electronics, let alone make it work so great and be so durable that kids can use it? Yes. I am amazed.- PHYSICAL FEATURES OF THE CAMERA THAT ARE FUN, KIDS FRIENDLY AND KIDS-PROOF :)..-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If you are a parent you know how durability is important comes to the things kids use. We all would much rather buy something that is good quality and works great and then hand me down to someone or resell it when kids outgrow it then look at kids stuff that falls apart within a week of purchase. This camera is truly remarkable how it can stand up to the kids imagination and is a work horse.- THE PLASTIC CASE - the camera comes with a plastic case/ enclosed cage of sorts that you can eitherkeep on or off. This cage makes the camera water- proof, but also adds protection in some extremesports like snowboarding or skateboarding or biking or anything that creates lots of E.. by multiplyingm by C to the power of 2.. as in .. E=mc2 :).. That is a wonderful thing. You can keep it on, you can take it off.. this cases affect slightly the sound quality which usually does not matter for underwater "videography"/photography because there is not much sound under water but if you want to get aperfect sound you need to choose between added safety or better sound quality. Still even in the cage sound is really good. I am just saying that you have an option to keep in mind.- THE FLOATING HANDLE THAT MAKES THIS CAMERA UNSINKABLE - UNLIKE TITANIC!!!!So in a way, this inexpensive camera is more unsinkable that super mega expensive famous ocean liner! You can not sink it for the love of water! Not even if you try.. very hard.The Handle of the camera has an air chamber in it, it is practically an air burble if you will.So when you send off kids to play in the water you know that your hard earned dollars won't end upat the bottom of the ocean or the pool.. It will float. Not only that! The smart people who designed it made the handle YELLOW! In case you wondered why yellow? This is the one single easiest color to spot and get your attention to so you can see it on the water immediately once it will surface. Yellow is the color used for road signs for a reason.. it demands attention. So retrieving camera from the water surface is so easy for kids, they can see it immediately! My kids play in the pool using this very feature asthey dive and let it go for a reason to let the next kid catch it on the surface and take some pics from the top.IT COMES WITH BIKE MOUNT! - OMG! YES! no worries how to attach to the bike. .. no duct tape needed!This one really speak for itself. Kids can take action video without worrying to hold camera in hand as driving which is of course safety issue. This way they can just press a button, go ride and record the action totally hands-free! And no, no duct ape needed! :)IT CAN BE WORN ON A NECK ON A LANYARD LIKE THINGY.And it still takes pretty good videos or pictures as it hangs off the neck! Why you ask? Because it has really amazing image stability function that prevents pictures from being blurry while taken in action that involves movement of the camera or the object. Not only the image quality is really great despite the move but the fact that a kid can carry it on the neck make this camera less prone to loosing. Not to mention the cool factor. If you ever look at old old pictures for early days of small cameras from the last century when they became portable and people could take them anywhere.. yes, those that came after those tripod giants from silent movie era that went Pooof as the picture was taken.. so those small portable cameras were often worn by tourist over the neck because it was cool then and it is cool now!MORE ABOUT THE PROTECTIVE REMOVABLE CASE/CAGESince it is waterproof then it also is fantastic to protect camera from being damaged by the snow or dust... or sand.. so think.. winter plays in the snow.. think dust bike rides.. think... beach with lots of sand on it that asks to get into everything... so case is great! and since it can be removed at any time you have a choice to keep it on or off. What's not to love. That is also great option for older kids as with younger I would keep on for most of the time, Older kids can decide for themselves when to use it and when to take it off.BUILT IN BATTERIES IS A HUGE PLUS IN MY BOOKI always try to buy devices that don't need swapping batteries all the time as this simply saves the environment. All batteries we use are super difficult to recycle and often end up polluting the water and soil. This is really great feature. I love that it and this was ONE Of the deciding factor to buy it.It also saves money for me as I don't have to keep buying new batteries. All you have to do it is to plug it and charge it.VERY LONG RECORDING / PICTURE TAKING TIME AND SUPER LONG STAND BY TIME.So it does hold charge very well. Once I charge the cameras or the kids do it themselves the camera can be good to grab and shoot pics or videos for days and weeks..The actual action time on a charge is 1.5 hour.. so depending how much takes and how long they are for video the camera can work uninterrupted to take one long video action movie that would be 1.5 hour long. Of course kids usually do it in small sections few minutes here few minutes there so as long as the total of those micro burst takes combined is 1.5 hour it is still on one charge!That is the video that is most battery draining function, the still pictures are way less demanding on the camera so the time is much longer. In any case my kids charge it only every few days sometimes when they just take pictures it lasts for weeks. Charging does not take long.SCREEN SIZELCD Screen size of 1.77" does not sound like big but it is truly DECEANT! Think this.. the bigger the screen size the heavier the camera... and you can't have both.. an light small camera that kids can run around with and operate easy or have a bulky piece of hunk that you have to carry around and takes away from fun run.. can't have both. Kids have good eyes, kids can see just fine and I have no problem either to use it when kids want me to film them so that size is just perfectly right for action camera. big so it is easy to see what you are filming or photographing.PRESSURE CONTROL BUTTONSThe buttons on the camera are designed with water proof feature so they require a bit more pressure to push then non water proof camera. This is really good though, not only under water but in normal circumstances. Kids can EASILY manage pressing them anyway but this prevents accidental pressing and messing with some desired feature or function or set up. You know what I mean. This saves all those little heartbreak when kid wanted something just so and by accidental pressing a super sensitive button or even next to it but by mistake activating it all the hard work goes down the drain.. This kind of buttons are typical on quality kids cameras to help with accident avoidance.16 GB MEMORY CARD TO STORE THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS!!!!!OMG.. think back some ten years.. most computers did not have that much storage memory :) THE WHOLE COMPUTER.. and it would cost a huge pile of money. Thinking how the technology advanced and prices of memory dropped it is just mind bugling but also this makes access to storage so easy and affordable now, it is beautiful thing... A 16MB SD card will be able to hold a TON of a still pictures and many video clips depending on the length of each movie.SOLID BUILD OF THE CAMERAThis camera is so solid that it feels like military grade item. I really like the durability of it as it is truly kids friendly. Kids can test things. Yes, they can. And this camera says okay.. no problem :) Bring it on...PHOTO/VIDEO FEATURES THAT I FIND NOTHEWORTY:You can find the basic features list in the item description so I will skip those but I wanted to focus on few that make this camera a good and fun product:- IMAGE STABILITY .I would rate it very high for kids camera. I can tell when an image stability is worth a salt or not. This one truly is worthy. I saw tone of pictures and videos taken by kids. They came out for the most part very clear and blur free. This is the sign of a quality item. Even in relatively low light condition it does great job. You know that underwater pictures are both.. movement and low light situation.. so for a camera to take decent pictures it has to be good piece of technology.HAVING PHOTO AND VIDEO CAPABILITIES IN ONE AND BEING EQUALLY GOOD!That is not yet a thing in most kids cameras out there. I know as having kids you often see what other kids are having and sharing and what parents are talking about. Many kids cameras are akin to a log with a small LCD and take bad dark pictures let alone videos! When you have kids video camear, again movies are dark, grainy and bad... but this camera is truly remarkable in both Video and Photo features and quality.It is really great for kids to have both options in one and not to have two separate toys.FILTERSIt comes with photo filters that allow kids to take pictures that immediately in the camera look in certain way and do not require to be post processed on the computer. So if a child wants to make a scene blue or pink or yellow.. the easy menu let them do this.. It is fun. Kids love the vintage filter most and it lets them to make picture looking like they were taking last century.. or millenium :).Younger kids never have enough of taking pictures that look like X rays as t his for some reasonmake them feel like a superman :).. Who would not like to have x ray vision? Now at least you can take a funny pictures that thanks to the filter do imitate x rays. Filters are fun,.. who would not liketo take a picture of a white dog that comes out as pink! without any damage to the animal in real life :)..Never gets old with kids...PLAYBACK FUNCTIONHaving a playback right on the camera let the kids to see images and videos they took right on the camera without first having to transfer the pictures into the computer. Why is it important to know? Because while this camera definitely has this feature, I saw some reviews that said it does not. They either reviewing different product or never actually had this camera in hand or they would know.My bottom line ..Totally perfect camera for kids! I would say it is great for kids age range as they say .. from some 4 to 12..with the following break down:The younger kids near 4 years of age.. this camera is great for them to get into technology that they will have to live with all their lives. It is great inexpensive camera for little ones as they tend to be less careful and less in control as they are still developing fine and gross motor skills therefore handling small things can be challenging sometimes.. if they break or loose somehow the camera it is not a big deal.I think it is great for their independence and for the sake of leaving Mommy and Daddys' 1000 Dollars iPhone alone :)For young school age kids some 1 to 3K.. this camera can be something of a world discovery tool...as kids are becoming more inquisitive and more scientific about it this is a great investigative tool.For older kids it depends.. but there is this interesting thing that Teenagers love to go back to the kids toys and try to find new function to them and use them as new form of expression. I know but this is the way it is now :).. It is not teens playing toddlers, no.. it is teens using different tools to create modern day media for their complicated world to express it through different lenses :)I am super happy with this camera because it is truly remarkable item for this price and it allows my kids to be creative in so many ways, to have hours of endless fun in all kinds of environments. This sparks their imaginations, fuels their creativity and I don't have to break the bank to buy a toy that beats many other dumb toys out there. This is a toy with a huge potential and it can allow your child to develop certain skills that they can take further. Love it! Love it ! Aaaaaaaaaaabsolutley love it!
