Doesn't last have only had 4 months.

Received this machine on 4-14-23 on 8-15-23 started having issues will not copy have tried turning off and on different disk doesn't work will not copy. Tried to get an instruction manual no luck there only thing that came with the machine was a little fold out that only said how to turn on and what the buttons are for. Support not much help. If we want to return need to return in the original packaging it came with. 4 months later no we did not keep the packaging. Wants use to send a copy of master disk can't do that with the office we work in. We would have to pay for the shipping to them and who knows what they might charge to fix. Not worth the money would not buy another one like this. The one we had before lasted over 5 years with no problems.
