Was expecting this to be more cheaply made, like plastic. But was pleasantly surprised to find its very solid materials. I would say the length of the hose for the hand held shower head is a bit short, but still works very nicely. Im very impressed by the quality of this product. I will be purchasing the largest size next time, because that rain shower head is dreamy af. But for upgrading my shower head for selling our house, this was the best $40 investment into the bathroom I’ve ever had 😆I will say, you don’t need all of the rubber washer rings when installing this though. It was pretty straightforward to install imo. And if you got extra tall people in your house, the extension arm on this is great. We don’t have to fight over adjusting the shower head anymore.

I love this shower head, it's gentle and wide enough to mostly cover my body, and the separate attachment is nice for cleaning the shower (and my husband likes that it offers a stronger pressure).The only bad thing about this was that it caused a lot of stress to hook up without having any leaks. We live in a rental and it got to a point where I had had to set it up and then unattached and reattach every freaking joint (there's way too many connections in this thing btw) like 6 times, and I almost caved and hired a professional plumber to hook up this shower head. I was at a point of total defeat, crying even. Finally I decided to do some more research and watched a lot of online tutorials, and finally gave it another go, one connection at a time, making sure each one did not leak before I went onto the next. I belive the issue was the plumbing tape and the number of times I wrapped the threads...after using a better quality tape (mainly bc I had run out of the small amount provided in the kit after trying so many times), and doing a 6 layer wrap, rather than suggested 3, I got it to work with mostly no leaks.I still have a very small, slow leak coming from the ball joint in the shower head itself, but I was at my limit and just went with it.Another issue was the very poor quality of the attachment holder...it just wouldn't stay on the tile, so I bought an inexpensive suction one and it works well, and looks a lot nicer than the one that came with the head.It's been about a month so far and no more complaints here.

I advise everyone to get at least a 10", would of gotten a 12" if the pictures on here were better. Have used mine for a few days works great exactly as advertised.However make sure when you're install you install all the rubber widgets and teflon tape so it doesn't leak. you WILL NEED A WRENCH to tighten the connection points, it will leak if you just use your hands as it won't be tight enough.Leaked the first time with hand install but after using a wrench it doesn't leak at all.

Went to the big box stores looking for a rain drop style head with hand held option. Could not find. This one fit the bill.I installed with no issues. I wrapped the plumbers tape clockwise for a few turns each connection(clockwise seals it when you twist the connector on).The main square head if you install flat(parallel with ground) it’s not far from your head so don’t really get much gravity drop force and much feeling. Would be best if have a long extension that goes up.Made up for the lack of force by positioning the handheld portion so it was angled at the head as well when in its base. Together the pressure is amazing. When using half handheld half shower head mode it’s great as the top doesn’t get cold while showering the lower body.

As a family of four our shower gets used multiple times a day and we all say when we use the shower we don’t want to get out, it is so relaxing. The shower head you can angle it what ever way you want it is like you are standing under a waterfall. I will never got back to a standard shower head ever again! This is def worth the money.

Product I has great pressure but as with other comments impossible to stop leaking (hand held connection) also for someone shorter can’t reach turn off & on to change heads…

This shower head is extremely well engineered. The water pressure is excellent and water flow exceptional. Easily installed by any novice by simply following east to read instructions with no leaks. The price is fair compared to other models and manufactures. Very pleased.
