Nice Device, Great Features But Melted Plastic!
I got a defective unit, it seems. It got so hot that I smelled plastic burning. I removed it from the plug and inspected it and found that the plastic between the contacts was melting! 😱 Also, when I plug it in, little sparks would shoot out from the plug at the base of the unit. 😳 I had to send mine back but the actual functions worked incredibly well. I really liked it otherwise. I would still recommend it. Just use as directed and be careful of melting plastic and sparks.

I purchased this product and it stopped charging so I requested a refund since it was still within 30 days of purchase. The company asked if I would consider an exchange. I really wanted the product, so I agreed to the exchange and it quit charging once again! This time the product broke and it was past the 30 day exchange and/or refund. Amazon provided further support in assisting me with a refund successfully. The product worked extremely well and I was happy with the results NOW if I can just locate a dependable Hifu mini face machine, I would be even happier! Please DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT from this company unless they offer an extended warranty. This product stops working every 30-90 days it’s straight trash. I would suggest purchasing from a specific brand and/or company that carries a warranty because something is wrong with the chargers. You are definitely going to have to get this consistently replaced.

It works pretty well except.....
Okay, don't get me wrong, this is a great home care machine. To be honest, it was the best product that I have ever used. The Hifu mode and RF mode both works pretty well and I could see noticeable result after first use. The problem is, it stopped working after 2 uses, doesn't turn on. So I requested replacement but it won't arrive for a month or so. So I will just refund it, then order again in a month or something. I wish I have better luck with next device.

Stopped working
After the 4th or 5th time of using it, it wouldn't charge anymore so would leave it plugged in to use. Now the cord is trashed!

Malfunctioned after 3 months NO way to contact manf.
I purchased this HIFU 2.0 as an upgrade to the original hiful. It seemed to be a decent product, it passed the HIFU machine test however it quit working. I still have the original HIFU and tested the power supply and it powered up the original hifu unit. However neither of the 2 power supply units worked on the HIFU 2.0 indicating the device itself malfunctioned. There is now contact information by the manufacturer (lifeJoy). I contacted amazon customer service who was unable to find an phone number or an email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Lifejoy or JM Industry
