Great
The Cardo Spirit HD, is a great entry level comms system for getting into riding motorcycles, or even something to keep long term. It works as advertised, fairly simple to install. The battery life if great and last as long as advertised, awesome value, considered its rivals. Its more tha. Loud enough, especially with the right helmet/ earplug combo. Its very sleak and small looking which makes in great and easy to keep out of the way.

Good unit.
This is a great starter unit if you only want to talk to 1 rider. Exactly what I was looking for! Connecting is easy. The upgraded speakers work very well and get loud enough to cut through the wind noise in a modular helmet, I have it on half volume and it plenty. The buttons feel good and easy to find even through gloves. Can only connect with 1 rider as it does not have mesh. Range is good enough. This is great if you don’t have hundreds of dollars for the fancy Cardo’s.

Excellent alternative to Packtalk series
I bought my Spirit HD on Amazon when it was still $143. Installation on my old LS2 Valiant helmet took less than 10 minutes. It connected easily through the Cardo app, and pairing via Bluetooth was quick and straightforward. I've owned two Packtalk Bold units in the past, and I can honestly say that while the Spirit HD doesn't have all the features of the Packtalk series, it performs extremely well where it matters. The sound quality is good, the connection is fast, the noise cancellation works great, and the microphone provides excellent call quality. One common complaint I've seen is that you can't hear music clearly at highway speeds. That wasn't my experience at all. I recently completed a 100-mile ride and had no issues hearing my music. In fact, I actually had to turn the volume down because it was so loud. If you're trying to decide whether to spend significantly more on a Packtalk model or go with the Spirit HD, I would recommend the Spirit HD. It delivers excellent performance for the price. I'm even considering buying a standard Spirit unit for my second helmet so I have one available for a passenger.

Checked all my blocks! Very happy.
Previously had the freedcom F1. It was fine for music, but didnt do much else well. Made the change to cardo because I wanted coms to my passenger. This thing is absolutely perfect. Four buttons to work the simple stuff keeps it easy. It is sleek and doesnt look stupid stuck to the side. It was easy to install and initiate connection to my phone and the other headset. Intercom function was well worth the money. It softens the music when we are talking, it takes no extra manipulation to go from jamming to our own separate music taste to having a conversation. If you are wondering between this and a different option, go with this. The only caveat being if you want to talk to several people. If you are only connecting to one more headset, you wont find anything better.

Very good
It’s good I like it. The speakers aren’t bad but at higher speeds if you turn it all the way up, they tend to distort a little otherwise it’s great for just cruising around town on the phone side of things super clear worth every penny.

Great little cardo!
I recently purchased the Cardo Spirit communication system for my motorcycle, and I couldn’t be more impressed. As someone who spends a lot of time on the road, having reliable, clear, and hands-free communication with fellow riders is essential—and the Cardo Spirit delivers on all fronts. Sound Quality: First off, the sound quality is fantastic. The speakers are crisp, with clear highs and deep bass that really enhance the listening experience. Whether I’m chatting with my riding group or listening to music, the audio is loud and clear, even at highway speeds. The noise-cancelling microphone works wonders, blocking out wind and road noise, so my riding buddies always hear me loud and clear without any annoying static or distortion. Ease of Use: The Cardo Spirit is incredibly user-friendly. The interface is simple and intuitive, with easy-to-use controls that can be operated with gloves on—no fumbling around or having to take your hands off the handlebars. Pairing the device with my phone and other Bluetooth-enabled devices was a breeze, and it connects quickly every time I start my bike. The voice command feature is also a nice touch, allowing me to keep my focus on the road while answering calls, changing tracks, or adjusting volume without having to press any buttons. Comfort & Fit: Comfort is another area where the Cardo Spirit excels. The unit attaches securely to my helmet, and the microphone and speakers fit comfortably without feeling bulky or intrusive. I’ve used it for several long rides, and I’ve never had any discomfort or issues with the fit. Battery Life: Battery life is impressive as well. On a full charge, I easily get several days of riding with occasional use, and when I need to top it off, the device charges quickly. For long-distance rides, the Cardo Spirit has more than enough power to keep up. Overall: The Cardo Spirit is hands-down one of the best motorcycle communication systems I’ve used. It’s simple to set up, delivers crystal-clear sound, and offers great comfort for long rides. Whether you’re riding solo or with a group, this device improves the experience by making communication seamless, and I feel safer knowing I can stay connected at all times. If you're a rider looking for a reliable and high-quality comm system, I highly recommend the Cardo Spirit. It’s worth every penny!

You want no problems? get a cardo!
Very Happy so far! I wanted to get an intercom without paying the premium price, and since I drive solo, I thought this one will do the job. And it has been working flawlessly! Easy to install, easy to pair with the phone, and easy to use even with gloves on. Very happy with this cardo unit. BTW, get the spirit Hd instead of the normal spirit, the speakers are a nice upgrade.

Great for music, not for communication
I bought the dual set for my husband and me to use while dirt biking — mainly for safety reasons like checking in if one of us falls, has a mechanical issue, or just to stay connected on the trail. The listing claims a communication range of 600 meters, but unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. While riding in a more wooded area, we started losing connection at around 100 feet. Understanding that terrain can affect signal strength, we tested again in an open area with a clear line of sight, and even then, the connection dropped at under 200 feet. Because reliable communication was our main purpose for buying these, we ended up returning them. That said, the headset did work well for music. The sound quality was surprisingly good — clear and loud enough to enjoy while still staying aware of our surroundings. Battery life was also impressive; after three hours of riding, the headset still had plenty of charge left. If your primary need is to listen to music while riding, this could be a solid option. But for communication between riders, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Easy to use. Good quality sound.
Bought this to replace my aging Cardo Scala G9 (which still worked after 14 years but the button plastics, speaker/mic foams on it were degenerating and it was no longer waterproof). Unfortunately, I don't ride in groups so I can't comment on the rider-to-rider communication range... but the bluetooth pairing with my Garmin Zumo and my Samsung smartphone works really well. The Spirit HD is probably the closest in specification to my old G9 but it's much easier to control due to four prominent and well-spaced buttons. However, the biggest "wow" for me was the sound quality. It's head and shoulders above what I had previously. It's clear and has a surprisingly good low end so great for music. Navigation and calls are also very clear. One can only assume the JBL upgrade must sound amazing for them to make it available. Battery life is decent - lasts around 12 hours - and it charges reasonably quickly if you use a fast charger. I use it on a full face Arai helmet so it was relatively easy to fit and conceal the excess cabling behind the helmet padding. I'm really pleased with it. Seems decent value too. Definitely recommended.

Buena calidad-precio

Excellent sound and phone quality
Excellent in helmet audio system. Crystal clear sound, even when riding at highway speeds. Can take phone calls with very limit road noise getting through. The person on the other end of the phone wouldn’t even know you’re riding. Considering purchasing more for my passenger helmet to use the intercom. Would 100% recommend.

Quality, works perfectly.
Works as described, takes calls almost perfectly. Slight delay in answering but no issue. Sound is decent, not JBL quality but can enjoy music up to 90km an hour, after that depends on the wind noise reduction of your helmet. Easy to use buttons. Holds charge for a while days ride with battery life to spare. Charges fast. Works for gps, Spotify, all Bluetooth stuff. I haven't tried connecting to other cardi spirit HD yet.
