I had to 'boost' it with another pillow under it, but so far, I have found it to be very comfortable and cool. Hopefully my neck will not ache so much now.

This pillow came in a small box so my first thought was that I purchased the wrong size but once I opened the box I found the pillow wrapped in a circle and almost airtight. So I opened and it had that smell of new because it didn’t have the time to breathe since it was made. So I followed the instructions and washed only the outer cover. The memory foam should not be washed. The memory foam is really soft. I used it and slept great. My previous pillow didn’t have neck support so I came here and found this one for a very good price.
