Are they thin or thick socks ?

The package it come in says on it lightweight socks. There is no thickness to them.

Do these twist on your foot when you wear them? Like to where the ankle of the sock turns

No, they are very comfortable and snug on the foot. I love them.

Do these socks include the Non slip heel grip inside the sock?

I actually threw the Puma socks away as they slipped down terribly. I ordered Saucony 6 pack. The do not slip ever. Maybe try those?
