Enlightening
i feel so lucky I came across this book because it explained so many problems I had for a long time.Very enlightening book, must read for anyone who experienced excessive paranoia, suspicion, and/or psychosis. I'm so glad that I came across this book. It explained so many things in my life and really helped me

Worth the read
Easy language to discuss a difficult topic. Takes the sting out of thoughts we all have from time to time. I can highly recommend it.
