banana hair clips
I recently tried the Banana Hair Clips from Kitsch, and I’m honestly impressed. These clips are super stylish and functional—perfect for creating an effortless yet chic look. The clips feel sturdy, yet they’re gentle enough to not leave any uncomfortable imprints in your hair. They’re especially great for fine/thick hair like mine, but I could see them working well for all hair types. The finish of the clips is nice and smooth, with a good grip, which is a must-have for me. They’re also lightweight, which means no headaches after wearing them for hours. Plus, they come in a variety of colors, so you can match them to your outfit or add a fun pop of color to your look.Overall, these banana hair clips from Kitsch are a solid buy if you’re looking for a stylish, reliable, and easy-to-use hair accessory. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to elevate their hair game with minimal effort!

Stylish and string
This hair claw is both stylish and strong—exactly what I’ve been looking for. It holds my hair in place all day without slipping, even with thicker strands. The grip is secure but gentle, so no pulling or damage. It’s perfect for effortless updos or quick clips on the go, and the design adds a chic touch to any outfit. Functional and fashionable—an everyday essential in my hair kit!

Great clip!
This is pretty good! I’d say I have quite a bit of hair according to my hair stylist, and this was okay to get on. I definitely need some practice bc it was hard to do at first to make it look right, but I’m getting there. I’d say if you think you have quite a bit of hair that’s on the straighter end, I’d say this is okay. If you think you have a lot of hair and/or it has texture like major waves or curls, maybe not. It was definitely smaller than I pictured; however, it works pretty well in my hair. It has great hold and grip, and I don’t feel like it will fall. However, I predict it won’t last too long. The spring system seems weak just from the few times I tried it. I’m fine with it breaking at some point, but if it is soon, I’ll be mad. Overall, recommend for those that believe it can work for them! Super cute and love the tortoise color option!

Good idea but durability was a miss
I really want to like this, I really do.Tying my hair with a piece of stretchy hair tie can sometimes crease my hair very noticeably. I want to reduce the amount of damage done to my hair so I bought this clip. At first, it’s great, this clip can contain all of my hair and I think I look quite cute in it.However, as time goes on, I realize how often my hair on one side slides right off the clip and I have to re-clip my hair every once in a while. When I finally found a way to make the hair clip stay longer, not long after two teeth’s of the clip fell off. Luckily, there’s two, but I don’t believe much in the quality of this one either.Good idea, but wish there was more durability. These clips weren’t cheap.

great for curly girls
Works great on long, thick, curly hair. I have a history of breaking hair clips. These have been intact longer than any others. Strong hold and my hair stays in place.

YES
I have fine hair, but a lot of it. I was pleasantly surprised that this has enough grip to hold my fine strands, I have to kind of finesse it to get the bulk of it distributed pretty evenly so it will close. But that's fine with me because it works so well. I really love this actually so cute too. Takes a little bit to get the hang of it since I haven't really used it before. But really good overall.

Not for thick hair girlies
I think these are the cutest banana clips I’ve seen by far. Unfortunately, if you have thick hair, these are not for you. I wasn’t able to get the clip to stay latched for even a few seconds. Whenever I let go it would snap open. I tried dispersing my hair through the length of the clip as evenly as possible, and still couldn’t get it to work. Bummer because when k was holding it in place it was super cute!

Decent Clip
Pros:• Very cute and matte• The spring inside the clip is sturdy• When it does stick in position with my straight hair it is comfortable.• Very lightweight• The quality of the plastic of the clip is good and thick. My 7 month old plays with it and it’s still in perfect condition.Neutral:• Small to medium size. My fault for not reading the description more clearly. See photo for size reference.• I bought it more for aestheticsCons:• Hold is very weak. The tips are rounded which make it hard to penetrate your hair. You have to assist it and squeeze it into the hair.• I have straight hair. It slides extremely easily
