As a pre-diabetic, I was sceptical about ordering this product. It contains sugar, and that made me a little uneasy. After educating myself, the decision was made - go for it. So, I finished the first container and am ordering the second one. I take a teaspoonful of molasses once a day with the biggest meal of the day. It does not affect my blood glucose at all this way. It really boosts my energy throughout the day, and my mind is clear. In general, I feel great after taking it. I stopped taking single supplements. However, I have one request to whoever is distributing this product. Please consider substituting the current plastic container with a glass jar.

Hemorrhoids good bye. Only take by mouth.
I had issues with hemorrhoids and tried everything and nothing worked until I read an article about using black strap molasses. I started with a table spoon at night and one in the morning. Crazy thing is I didnโt want to jinx my self but in the morning it was gone(crazy less than 24 hours). I started to take a teaspoon every night for a week after that once a week and havenโt taken since. I was dealing with hemorrhoids for over 6 months. My doctors wanted me to get an operation to remove them. I am very happy this worked. ๐๐๐๐๐๐
