This product is amazing for my apartment living. I've always loved a fireplace in the winter but living in an apartment made that impossible until I bought this item. Assembly was fairly easy, the only difficult part of this process was the doors and the heater. It was hard to get the doors level so that they would close properly. The door hinges have hardware built into them making the leveling easier but I used power tools and accidently stripped the threads. The heater is a tight fit and was hard to get my hands in to attach it to the wood ( If I were to do it again I'd use a small drill bit to make a pilot hole for the). I would recommend power tools on this product because it greatly speeds up assembly time. Just don't use them on the door hinges.

I really like it. The only issue putting it together was the two support legs in the middle bottom. The holes stripped while putting the legs on.

Product came broken twice. Had to lug a 70lb broken tv stand to UPS to return broken product. Replacement came broken as well. However, I kept this one because it was so much of a pain to return and pretty heavy for me, I wasn’t doing it again. The broken pieces were most likely due to UPS as the box was pretty bad on both deliveries. It’s ok. It’ll do I guess. Should definitely be a cheaper price for the quality.

The box was damaged. Yes this was delivered a few weeks ago and I am just opening it due to being out of town for work. I did NOT notice this was damaged into after I threw everything away. Now I am screwed and can’t return it and I am STILL paying for it. How am I suppose to assemble something like this being the damage that there is and trust it will not snap in half and destroy even more things or even my tv. I will NEVER buy from this place ever again. I can’t even send a message complaining about this to see if anything can be done since I throw away the boxes it came in. It only gives me return options. Pathetic.

Product had several markings on it and there's no way to message to seller about it. I didn't want to have to return it so I was going to try to talk to them about it but there is no way to do so. Two of the markings are real noticeable even after we pit it together. I'm unhappy with my purchase!

Wouldn’t advise anyone to buy. Would like a refund send RMA and a box to ship back
