I will buy this again when I run out. Very fresh smelling, bight green color, tasty and packaged well.

Love it! Brilliant flavor and appearance. 4 OZ. will last a long time even though I am taste testing chervil in a lot of dishes now. The French seem to have several great taste secrets and chervil is one of them. Too often sage or oregano is overpowering in a dish, but chervil is a magnificent. French food is light and the flavors are never overpowering.French food is like a gentle kiss on the neck while Mexican food is more like a punch in the face and Italian a smack on the lips. Americans like to eat to fill their stomachs, they like things loud and brash so something with a beautiful taste is unknown. The chervil flavor is like no other. It blends and enhances with other seasonings and seems to go well with everything from meat dishes to soups. It is even good on eggs. My praise goes to the item and the seller.

Chervil is a hard herb to locate so finding this source that is consistently fresh and in great condition and a value for the money is perfect.

I'm so glad I ordered this. The flavor is not overpowering and goes well on so many foods. It is chopped pretty fine and softens up quickly when touches moist food, so it only adds flavor and color and you dont really notice it as far as texture changes to food. I add it to soups, salads, beans, and it lends a beautiful touch of green to cooked vegetables like carrots and potatoes. By itself, it's not a strong flavor, so you can add it to most other other spices and it won't take over, only compliments. Four ounces of dried herbs is a lot, relative to the bottles of herbs you buy at the grocery store. You get a resealable bag that's approximately 10 inches by 7 inches and is about halfway full. I use this almost daily and I estimate that the amount they sent will last for at least 2 years or more.

Used some for a chevril soup. Tastes almost as good as fresh chevrilOnly disappointment is that there was some grit from not being rinced properly before drying.

I last purchased this in 2020 when I could not find it in the store anymore. It was GREAT when I first purchased it, and even now, when I finally used the last of it in 2025, I am still pleased with it. It is by FAR the cheapest I found on Amazon and is way more economical than what I was buying at the grocery store when I could find it. The aroma has of course dissipated over the years but it arrived in great condition and I had no issues with using it this late in the game. Don't be put off by the inexpensive price - this is quality. I am back to replenish my supply and I am very glad to see it is still available from this seller.

I bought this from Amazon for not much more than the cost of a little bottle at the grocery store! This is EXACTLY the same stuff, and now I just refill my little bottles from this. The contents were fresh, and you'll save yourself a TON of money by going with this as opposed to buying the little bottles from the grocery store! I highly recommend!
