The USB port didn't function. There is a battery indicator but doesn't work on battery when the car is off

Such a poor quality product as it works for a few times. I tried their support and found it of waste of time. The good reviews are for a similar product sold in another region. Those are white label products sold with multiple brands. I will tray another brand/label.

Updating the review. I purchase another one of these to go into another car.The newer model, bought May 30, 2024, is noticeably quieter than the one bought last year in 2023. It also takes a lot less force to open the lid, but it still closes securely.The good. I like the size, and it cools quickly. It works well, especially on a car seat. The size is small... but for cold drinks in a car with a woefully inadequate A/C, it helps a lot for trips.The bluetooth app is decent, and allows for temperature control, and some basic configuration items.The bad: it is small, and seems not to have much insulation. For day trips, I mitigated this by buying a 700 watt/hour battery bank and a cord to plug from the bank into the fridge.The ugly: The model I bought in 2023, which has been in storage for a while ran without issue until today. However, I plugged it in, and it just sits on a F1 code. It is drawing amps from a 120 volt power supply. F1 means an undervoltage, so I tried it on another power supply, and the battery bank providing regulated 12 volt voltage. I also reset it. Regardless, it just stays at "F1", and does not cool. The other model still works.No clue about the sudden fail, but this is concerning. At least the newer one is working, and I decided to replace the old one with a model recommended by Hobotech.I'm not changing my rating, because the new one has been working without issue for a long time, quietly keeping stuff cool outside. However, the old one failing suddenly isn't a good thing.

اول شي اشكر الناس ف التعليقات لان لو الله ثم توجيهاتكم كان م اشتريتها لاني اخذث منتجين ورحعتهم ثاني يوم لسوء المنتج بس هالمنتج جدا ماشاءالله وانصح فيه ولو ان حجم التخزين فيه صغير

I wasn't sure what to expect.I figured it was a refrigerator/ freezer so it would have to run to keep cool, I was wrong. This unit stayed cold for hours on end. Because it retained the cool so well, it took little time to drop the temperature from 40 to 25F. Adding room temperature items no problem.Size wise, it fits between the two back seats.Power, 12v to 24v not a problem. At 13.8v used 3.4A.Battery saver set to high protection level, never ran my battery down on a 7 day trip with the temperature set for 25F.Phone app, just right of the usage, simple to use.Came with a house power supply so it can freeze two bottles of water over night.Very pleased with this find.

The freg/ Freezer works very well and cools very fast . A bit bulky for a 9 l size and the door latch is very hard to open.
