We painted the hands silver so they show up against our white walls, the black blended in with the black metal bars on the clock and we didn't like the gold color hands. The silver hands really stand out. Yes, you have to be careful with handling the hands because they are flimsy but should never have to touch them again once the clock is hung up, use the winder to set the time. Love it. Keeps time and no ticking sound is wonderful.

Bought this clock to put it on the wall wooden decoration above the elevator, gave the space feeling like it’s a hotel, no tik-tok noise at all, very quiet clock

It was very fragile and the needle would not stay in place. Overall very bad quality and it looks very cheap for its price. I had to return it as it simply could not be used. Very disappointed with the product.
