G.B.SMen's Cedar and Pine Shaving Soap with Shea Butter and Glycerin, Pack of 3 (3oz Each)

The price is reasonable, the lather is OK but not really long lasting and the size is a bit small for most shaving bowels. Having said all that is has pleasant but definitely not overbearing scent and the soap is well behaved when one lathers up the brush.

It seems that this is nothing more than hand soap being packaged as shaving soap. The problem is that it is too slick, and the blade simply glides across the hair without cutting. The scent reminds me of something you’d find in the bathroom of a cute little whimsical tea room in the British countryside. It’s hand soap. I didn’t find it effective for shaving. I much prefer the Prorosso brand.

First my wife said she couldn’t smell any bay rum. To shave with it I was very disappointed - it drys very fast on the face. Not a good shave. I didn’t finish it. After a couple of weeks I through it out.

I spent many hours looking for a product that would work well and have good scent, something that wouldn't annoy my wife as she's very sensitive to scents. Lathers well and so far, no complaints!

I gave all 4 pucks a chance but all "waxed" up my shaver and blades so bad that I just threw the pucks out after a couple of shaves..
