The mouse itself works nice and is good quality. The downfall is the software for the programming. It says the mouse is supported for Windows 10, but it didn't say the software was not. Could have saved money and got the one that is not programmable. If you use Windows 10 the software will say "please plug in mouse to get driver" even though it's already plugged in and your using it. Trying to restart computer and/or trying to unplug it and plug it back in does nothing. Also going into bios and disabling legacy drivers for USB does not work. Overall good mouse, but if you use windows 10 and want to change the colors of the LEDs I would find a different mouse.

BEWARE: This mouse does NOT come with the software that provides the functions and how to use the software that are advertised. You receive a small instruction booklet that gives you a web address for the software but the web address does NOT work. The booklet explains how to use the software that you can't get. Without the software you can not set the functions for the mouse buttons as is advertised.EDIT: After complaining to the seller they sent numerous links to me to download the software and none of them worked. DO NOT buy this mouse if you want to be able to program the buttons and use all the functions that are advertised with it - you will be disappointed. Also, this company has repeatedly contacted me, on the verge of harassing me, trying to talk me into removing this review I left for this mouse and has even offered me a free mouse if I will remove this review from Amazon.

XINMENG XM-326 Programming mouse purchased does not come with the programming disk, and website listed in manual does not exist. THIS IS NOT A PROGRAMMABLE MOUSE! Zhi Shi digital store references this under customer complaint, but Amazon still sells this as programmable.
