I have been buying Gator Hammock for nearly 10 years, and I absolutely love it. I wish I could carry it around with me since no other hot sauces can compare in terms of flavor. If you like HOT, definitely go for the Lethal. I like hot foods, but not overwhelmingly, painfully hot, and this seems to have just the right level of heat. I can add a few hefty drops to an egg roll or, my favorite, clams on the half shell with some lemon, and it will give it an excellent kick but not enough to burn your mouth off. I can't say enough good things about these hot sauces. If there was a 6th star, I would add it.

This is an excellent hot sauce for those who aren't afraid of a real hot sauce. This would not be enjoyable for people who aren't fans of hotter sauces, but for those who like a nice burn, this is great. It's not a novelty sauce with a chemical burn or uncomfortable heat. There is a Habanero flavor, but it does not taste like the majority of the sauce is overpowered by Habaneros. The ingredient list is short and simple.
