too difficult for my students
might be okay for others, but for my ESL students who don't speak English this was too difficult - I had to return

Great overall
I appreciate the combination of activities in this workbook. Every lesson has a story to read, followed by different activities to test retention, spelling, grammar, etc. I like that the activities vary from lesson to lesson so my son doesn't get bored and he gets to practice a variety of skills.

We loved the layout Easy to navigate a good balance of story genres. On point for age range with enough challenge and stretch.

good book for skill groups
This was a great addition to use in small groups because it has a mix of things for students to read think about and do. Such as vocabulary comprehension sequencing. Too easy for a high group at end of year but still fun and the kids liked the stories.
