She helped to get it delivered directly from the factory somewhere in china to Asia so i received it within a week from date of purchase.I am impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the product overall.As my work requires me to stand long hours and bent forward - i have been having tight neck and upper back muscles and often prone to injury and tired ness.Now with this mat. The best far infrared mat for the 'best price!, I love it, I have it for cancer; lots of doctor recommend hyperthermia, see Dr. Sircus on how these mats work wonders. he uses one ever night, as I do. feels so good helps me sleep from the day I got it. I talked to the owner and she was very helpful as I need a 220v. Get one you will love it to. Will be the best investment in your health in my opinion.
