Great product. These walkie talkies were a huge upgrade for our wedding venue. Our staff loves them and has not had one issue with them. They say that voices are clear and they can be anywhere on the property and get notified.

Was not sure but I bought the six pack for communicating with my family in mountain terrain and so far it has done very very well reaching ranges of at least 1 mile in mountainous terrain. The signal is clear, you do have to hold the button down for a full second or so before you begin to speak or it will not transmit the first word or two that you say I have not had a chance to try this in flat open terrain yet but so far it does very well. It is also extremely lightweight and small and easy to fit in a jacket pocket. If I need more I will definitely get the same product again.

One of the radio did not work. How can I return a single radio or get a replacement for it
