Those who share their own experiences in books talk about their experiences, which is not always helpful - no one is exactly the same and listening to others' stories may kill the feeling of isolation. THE 101 HEALING STORIES work as they should, as the mechanism described by CG Jung really intended. Highly recommended. I think I've learned a lot from reading these stories. Highly recommended for teachers, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists, etc. Parents might benefit from reading these 101 stories if they want to learn how to devise stories that fit their own children's needs. There is a separate book by this author that offers 101 stories aimed at children. There is a lot of overlap between the two books. I recommend both highly for providing many examples of teaching stories.
