Beauty Pro Hot Towel Steamer Kit

After reading all of the reviews, I toyed in my mind if I should get it. I never write reviews but I feel like I owe one. The following reasons were why I wasn't sure if I should purchase this item. 1. Poor quality. 2. Cleaning/water usage. 3. Size. This product is what it is. It's extremely light weight. It's a plastic "strainer" for a lack of a better term that sits on top of a "bowl" that you fill with water. It reaches extreme temperature, and comes up through the holes to steam the towels. The lid is also plastic. So you have three pieces that come together. No they are not heavy duty. But so far I have no complaint with them being that I want to travel with this thing. It serves it's purpose extremely well. I read a complaint that it's a pain because you had to clean it and fill it up with water. I don't find this being so strenuous. There's not deep crevices that makes this task ever so unbearable. Get a cleaning product, swipe, voila! Get a cup and fill her up! Easy peasy. Another complaint was the size. "I could barely get six towels in" I was in awe when I rolled them up and had room for three more towels and got the lid on perfect. Before I put them in I feel I should mention, I got them wet and wrung them out. They were steamy within minutes. If you purchase this, don't expect it to surpass your wildest dreams. It gets the job done extremely well! Burned my thumb on my first try, don't snicker at the tongs. Your fingers will thank you. I can't think of any major complaints for this product, however, this is what I needed.

Does a great job warming and moistened the towelettes. Be careful though, because they will be hot! I put some scented soap in with the towels to add a special aromatherapy bonus.

I’m an independent nail tech and this is a great product for my hot towels when doing pedicures. You simply add water, pre soak your towels, and heat them up for 15 mins. I would say the only downside is that the steam is so hot you have to be careful when taking the towels out. Let the towels cool off a little before placing on your client.

Best money spent in wish I saw this before I bought a bigger more expensive one for my salon. This is great I give it a 10x heats up instantly and is ready to go

It's cheap and very messy leaves water everywhere. Towels are hot for literally a second then automatically cool to room temp I've used towel heaters before and they stay hot to warm for at least 10 seconds. It was very cheap and plastic feel but you get what you pay for

I tried this on last night and it seems to do the job as it should. It was also such a nice surprise to open the box and find a set of 6 towels included with this set. Somehow I missed that in the description so it was a really nice surprise. I was able to fit 6 towels in there. Price was just right for the quality of it. The only downside was the plastic container and lid, I feel like they can break pretty easy so I am using it with lots of caution.

Exactly as described, continues to work well after much use

Ordered the $40 version and it fell apart in 5 weeks. Should have returned that one as soon as I saw cracks in the plastic from the heat. Ordered this one at twice the price hoping ti would be more robust- Nope. Exact same model that falls apart in 5 weeks from the heat! Convenient fall apart a week after amazons 1 month return policy. Hoping I can send this one back.

Totally useless stopped working after 20 days and can’t not be repaired at local shops

Pretty much as advertised. My only complaint is that the towels aren't quite big enough for me. Although, of course, if they were big enough they would be too big for the steamer which I reckon is the perfect size.

This is definitely not worth the $$. The towels are too small and after turning the unit on for 15 minutes the steam discoloured and burned the plastic container. Definitely do not buy this.
