Can the bag be fixed to a trouser belt for carrying instead of the shoulder strap?

I suppose it could be put around your waist. The straps are adjustable, but the bag is pretty big, it would be around double the size of a bum bag, and once all your meds are in it I think it might be quite awkward to put around your waist. It’s a great bag, I really like it.

Do the measurements comply with cabin baggage

I’ve carried it on along with my correct sized cabin luggage and even Bryan Air haven’t had an issue when I’ve explained that it’s my insulin etc. That said, yes it’s not massive and you can fit sunglasses, passport in if it’s your only bag. It’s really useful.

I know the front part is insulated but can the main compartment also be used to keep injections cool?

The front was very efficient at keeping my insulin supply cool in fact I kept them in the cool part all holiday without a problem. The main part is not insulated.
